This is a good place to stay for one night.Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Service was good and complimentary ginger tea given to all rooms at night Breakfast was given and rated as average. However bathroom toilet was leaking and the bathroom stunk because of this.Also as all heaters were running due to cold this was extremely noisy. This is an okay place to stay for one night at the price

The hotel is located in Xiangshan District, with convenient transportation and close to the high-speed rail station. The scenic spots are very concentrated, and the two rivers and four lakes, East and West Lane, Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street, and Xiangshan Scenic Area are all within walking distance. The service attitude of the front desk lady is super good and very enthusiastic. She also upgraded our room for free, which is really a thumbs up. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is very distinctive, very retro and very comfortable.

I have always stayed in hotels under Jinjiang. This is my first time staying at Zhefei. My stay experience is quite good. A hotel with good attitude, patience, kindness and response to everything is really great! There are free jelly and sour plum soup in the lobby. The lady serving in the lobby is really gentle and has a good attitude. I especially praise her! The hotel is very close to the Twin Towers and Gate 1 of Elephant Trunk Hill. Guilin's Guihai Qinglan actually has a special bus line directly to it. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it is also very close to Guilin Station. It is really convenient. The room is very comfortable, clean, refreshing and odorless. I am really satisfied with this. I will continue to choose Zhefei next time I come! Recommended!
