Au travellers. Clean and good size room. Staff helpful. Fruits and hot Chinese tea (no limit) complimentary at the reception counter. Also complimentary soft drinks and light snacks available in the room. Good location and walking distance to Elephant Trunk Hill, 2 Rivers 4 Lakes, Sun & Moon Pagodas, etc… Oh yes, very good breakfast, Value for money for what I paid.

I went to Guilin for business again, and I chose to stay in Zhongshui again. Because it is close to the train station and next to the park. The air is good, the mountains and trees are green, and it is quiet, so I can sleep well at night. The Zeng Family Courtyard nearby is indeed affordable and delicious. The ingredients are very fresh and you can eat with confidence. The weather was good this time, so I walked in the woods and enjoyed the flowers. The breakfast ingredients are also fresh and rich. It is cost-effective. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

This hotel was honestly a great stay if you wish to stay close to a few attractions. I had a two days stay but just a day to roam around and was able to do the Sun and Moon Towers, The Glass Bridge as well as Elephant Trunk hill all in one day. I also did Reed Flute Cave but that was a taxi ride away. The breakfast served was really yummy and they had a wide variety of options. They had toast and eggs, fresh fruit, rice, noodles and lots of other dishes. The hotel itself was very clean and I enjoyed the staff as they always greeted us when we walked into the main lobby area. If you happen to order in as I did on my last day, a robot will bring your food to you. Overall it was a great stay with modern facilities and thirty second walk to the lake. The rooms however although advertised as ‘lake view’ were only views of trees with maybe a tiny glimpse of the lake. Overall it was a great stay and I’d totally choose this place again.

I have never seen a hotel that pays so much attention to details. The service of this hotel is warm and thoughtful. From the moment guests arrive, there are dedicated staff to arrange parking spaces and guide parking. The rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, clean and hygienic, with refrigerators, umbrellas, sterilized plastic bath towels, towels and slippers, and spray disinfectant alcohol on the toilet. Bottles...etc., it makes people feel that every detail has been paid attention to. It’s amazing! The hotel is in a bustling neighborhood, very close to Xiangshan Mountain, Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and Jingjiang Prince's Palace. The hotel deserves good reviews. Highly recommended.

A lovely stay, despite a hiccup. Super comfortable bed and really clean room. Lots of interesting little artefacts and communal areas in the hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed for a one night stopover in Guilin before heading to the Longshen fields and it was perfect for this. It's right next to Elephant trunk hill so we were able to tick that off easily despite a very short stay. We had one night in Longshen coming up next and needed a way to get there the next day. We thought instead of taking the public bus we would check with the hotel to see if they did any direct shuttles. They said they'd be able to fit us in with their tour van the next day and although it was a scheduled tour, they could arrange to drop us off at a point near our next hotel if we paid for the seats and entry fee for the Longshen fields. It turned out there was a bit of a miscommunication and we ended up stuck on the tour for quite some time (including a lunch stop we didn't really want) before they reached our drop off point. The tour driver was also supposed to drop us off in an area past a payment checkpoint in Longshen but we were dropped off outside of it and had to pay the entrance fee again. The hotel attempted to help by sending us receipts of the payment made and asked us to go to the ticket office to seek a refund for the double up. The ticket office was a bit far from where we were staying and we simply did not have time to do that given our tight schedule. It was a bit annoying as it wasn't our fault that the tour driver dropped us off at the wrong place and we weren't re-imbursed for his mistake. We understand though that this all came down to a bit of a miscommunication and a language barrier (most the staff only spoke Mandarin but I can only speak Cantonese so could only communicate to one of the staff members). Everyone was trying their best to accommodate our request, so we are understanding of that. The mistake happened because we were trying to be too clever but ended up getting something we didn't want. My advice for anyone doing the same thing heading to Longshen from the area is to just use the public bus services as it will be much easier (and cheaper).

The hotel is located in the city center, and the transportation and shopping are very convenient. The lobby of the hotel is luxuriously decorated, with ink painting floors, blue and white porcelain lampposts, and a very wide view. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic, check-in is very smooth, the attitude is so good, basically responsive. Entering the room is even more surprising, with pure colors, smooth lines, natural materials, and marine elements on the wall to give people a natural and romantic feeling. The rice noodles around the hotel are also very delicious! In short, I am very satisfied, love it, love it, and highly recommend it! all

Who in the family understands? There is a treasure hotel in such a prosperous location as Elephant Trunk Hill in the city center! It is also very close to the Liangjiang and Four Lakes Pier, and it is about 1 km to the Sun and Moon Twin Towers. The hotel's detailed service is also very good, and they even help me carry my luggage to the room. The style of the room is also very popular with me. The equipment is also new and very clean. It is also equipped with mineral water, skin care products, tea, and bathtub covers. Both the toilet seat and the toilet seat are free, and the ladies will greet you warmly when passing by. The service provided by Liu Xinxin, the butler in the front office, is comparable to that of Haidilao, which made me happy. I have compared many hotels in vain. I must give this praise, it is worth it!

One of the best hotel where we stayed during our trip around China. Very clean and nice, staff is super friendly and helpful! They helped us a lot with organizing our trip to the rice terraces. They also provide guests with tea on the first floor and woman at the reception kindly shared the tea’s recipe with me when I asked her. Breakfast is great too and laundry is very modern and free. Absolutely great place! I highly recommend it

On our way to Yangshuo, my friends and I decided to stay at the Manhattan hotel. The hotel location was very convenient and a lovely distance to other sightseeing things. The check-in was not as smooth as we would have liked as the staff spoke little English. All 3 bedrooms we booked were ok, but the rooms were quite stuffy and a bit unpleasant in smell. The breakfast was average; however, they are other food options around and near the hotel. Overall, the hotel is okay for a one-night stay.
