Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

Front counter staffs very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good mix with local dishes with few pastry , of course coffees are available. Location is reasonably good can access with taxi n Didi. The old is no dressing table n luggage stand.

Environment; there are many hotels around the fountain, and I still recommend the Crystal Orange Hotel. Although it is located in a downtown area, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; Facilities and hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. There is also a light orange fragrance that is refreshing, and the smart equipment has a sense of high-end. It is very suitable for lazy people; Hotel service: The smiling service of the front desk lady can make guests have a good check-in experience. She patiently checks in and solves guests' accommodation problems. It is quite nice👍I hope our hotel will keep its original intention and do better and better🌹

First of all, the location is OK. There are many food places downstairs. However, the attitude of the hotel staff needs to be improved. At first, I was given a room with poor hygiene. The sheets and quilt covers were wet. I called twice and the staff changed me to a dry room. I will not stay here again.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

The room is big and clean, worthy of being Hilton. The front desk lady is gentle and kind. The hotel's breakfast is also great, with rich variety and good taste. After I left, I found that something was left in the room. The hotel staff lady Menglin Vivi contacted me in time. She was very gentle and actively helped me find a solution. In the end, the hotel paid for the postage and sent it back for free. I love it so much. I will always support Hilton and Hampton and will recommend it to friends in the future.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

It's right by the road, easy to find. There are many places to eat downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Minsheng Road and Zhengxin Street. The service is good, and the room type was upgraded for free. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the key is that the dishes are replenished when they are out, which is very good, so you don't have to get up early and rush to eat. The house is clean and hygienic, and bottled mineral water and drinks are given every day (not ice dew, which is better than Qinhuangdao Shangri-La. I get angry when I think of this. A 5-star hotel gives me ice dew to drink, which is speechless). The bed is not soft or hard, and it is generally comfortable to live in. I will choose Licheng next time if I have the chance.

I chose this place because I could check out late and have breakfast until 12 o'clock, which is suitable for people like me who stay in bed. The ordinary room is equipped with everything except the refrigerator. It is also very considerate to provide disposable toilet seats and disinfection towels. Another detail is that there is a row of hooks opposite the air outlet of the air conditioner. Hand-washed clothes can be hung here to dry. Don't worry about reaching out because there is a clothes drying rod. You can feel that the design is very attentive. I especially want to praise the memory pillows and mattresses for sleeping comfortably. When you wake up in the morning, your neck will not be uncomfortable. There are not many seats in the restaurant, but you can sit in the open air. The weather is very comfortable. If you are in a hurry, you can ask the waiter to pack it for you. There are not many kinds of meals, but each one is delicious. A small episode happened that night. The sewer of the sink leaked water. The customer service staff dealt with it immediately, upgraded another room for me, and helped to move the luggage. Next, let's talk about the flaws. The phone in the room can't make a call to the front desk, the TV remote control fails from time to time, and the hot water for bathing at night will be hot and cold, but not during the day. When I checked out, the customer service apologized to me again and gave me a souvenir very considerately. Such sincere service is enough to wipe out the unpleasantness caused by the little episode. I will give this place a five-star praise.

The housekeeper Xiao Yang's service is very considerate. I added the housekeeper's WeChat at the front desk. He followed up the service throughout the stay. He greeted me about the weather every day. If you need anything, you can contact me at any time through WeChat. It's very good. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Even if there is a wedding banquet, we were arranged to complete it✅. It's great. The National Day is very busy but very warm!
