It is a very good hotel and worth recommending. It is a new hotel but the odor is handled very well. The hotel staff are very service-minded🫡🫡Since I have not stayed here before, I asked to see the room. The guy at the front desk showed me the rooms on different floors and upgraded the room type for free. Breakfast is provided. The breakfast time is suitable for travel and will not delay the trip. I personally think this is another good hotel after Atour in North Station and is worth a visit for friends🥳🥳

She also helped me to arrange for a day trip to 百里杜鹃 and even helped me to get refund for my taxi from the travel agent. The pick-up and fetch limousine service to and from the 贵阳北站 is fast and convenient and the driver is very handsome and nice. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Guiyang again.

在華理酒店續租換了隔壁房間，房間不大卻有一個很大的投影電視機，可惜的是看不了什麼直播電視，尤其是看不了體育電視節目，真是大而不實。房間裏有一個長條沙發放東西很方便，衞生間洗臉盆下水塞不見了，無法存水，上一間衞生間也是如此，向客服反映後修好了。換了房間又是如此，師傅來維修，説是下水塞被之前的住客硬懟進下水道，不知是何居心？師傅用長鉗子把下水塞夾出來，很快修好了，不知怎麼有這種素質差的住客？前台和維修師傅服務不錯，給予5分好評，設施方面4分。

The price of the room is moderate. The boss also gave two simple meals, milk and bread. The service is really good. Near Guiyangbei the railway station. Clean bedsheets. Room is clean. Mr. Qin welcomed and helped us a lot from to order a taxi to go to Ping ba garden and was willing to spend time helping us finding some information because we could not speak or read Chinese. 臨時跟朋友決定來貴陽旅遊，所以酒店也是臨時找的，沒報什麼很大的希望。結果到了之後發現真的很不錯，這個裝修是我喜歡的古香古色的那種，還有免費的漢服。房間空間也很大，馬桶🚽也很乾凈，因為我這人有潔癖，所以，在用馬桶之前都會反覆用紙巾擦乾淨，結果沒想到這麼乾淨。交通很便利，去什麼花果園打車也不遠，距離高鐵站很近位置很不錯。樓下就是吃飯的，夜生活豐富。

The hotel is quite satisfactory, it is the atmosphere of an apartment hotel of about 200 yuan. It is mixed with many other hotels of the same type. Ctrip's score is too high. There are a few points of bad experience, I hope to improve: 1. After check-out, the deposit cannot be refunded immediately, and it will be refunded after 12 o'clock. Although the scale is 100 yuan, the experience is very poor. 2. There are two holes in the sheets, and the photo will be sent to the front desk when you enter the door. I am afraid that there will be misunderstandings when I check out. 3. There is no network, the waiter can't solve it after coming to see it. I have to let the technology repair it tomorrow. I don't know if other customers have heard this caliber. 4. The tap water has a smell, and it is obvious after brushing your teeth. 5. The restaurant is on the third floor of the garage. The hotel is like a French romantic art palace hidden in the world. Walking slowly along the path lined with flowers, the doorman came over with a smile to help us take the luggage and guided us all the way, which made people feel warm. The mysterious and elegant door is like a mechanism in a martial arts novel. It automatically opens when it senses people, instantly introducing us into the romantic atmosphere of France.
The towering arched porch in the lobby on the first floor is magnificent. The lazy and pleasant French music echoes in the air, as if people are in the romantic streets of Paris.
The front desk and lobby bar are located on the 20th floor, and the service staff are friendly and polite. Joel kindly handed over the prepared drinks and hand towels. His meticulous service is commendable. During the registration process, we noticed that there were many award-winning medals and trophies of the hotel on display behind the lobby, which is undoubtedly a proof of the hotel's excellent quality.
The afternoon tea in the lobby bar is a feast for the eyes and taste. The snacks are not only delicious, but also artistic, with imported exquisite plates, such as LV plates, which are very exquisite. When I asked for the taste of the brewed coffee, the service girl quickly remade it for me. Her enthusiasm and patience made people have a good experience. When we didn't know how to get to the room elevator, she personally led us to the elevator entrance.
The room is on the 23rd floor. The corridor is filled with charming aromas. The dim lights complement the cute and artistic works, creating a great atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy. The refrigerator is full of imported drinks and milk, which are free to refill. There are fresh fruits on the table every day. Diptyque's toiletries, Dyson hair dryers, facial masks, etc. are provided free of charge. The room has a large round bathtub, where children take a bath every night, humming little songs, and spend a happy night.
The cleaning aunt seems to be called Demi. If I remember correctly, the service is very good and she always asks me what I need. The night bed service is very considerate. The small cakes and mint tea make people feel the warmth of home after a tiring day, especially the mint tea, which is delicious!
The breakfast is rich and varied, with local specialties such as glutinous rice and sour soup rice noodles. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to introduce the dishes, making our dining experience more perfect.
The room we booked also comes with drinks and snacks from the bar on the 25th floor. When I said I didn't like potato chips, the service staff immediately replaced them with nuts for me. This thoughtful service makes people feel comfortable. I ordered a glass of wine hidden in the book, which is very fun, and it is unique to check in and take photos. 
The gym is fully equipped, and fresh fruits and mineral water are available for self-service, which provides great convenience for fitness guests.
My butler Seven left a deep impression on me. He communicated with me before check-in to understand my needs; during the stay, he kept in touch and asked if I needed help. The night before leaving the hotel, I casually mentioned that the mint tea was delicious, and he was ready for me to take it away the next day. This thoughtfulness is really precious.
On the day of departure, the seven-seater Mercedes-Benz car arranged by the hotel was brand new and comfortable. The driver was very considerate. He asked me if the air-conditioning temperature was suitable when I got in the car, gave us water to drink when we were thirsty, helped with the luggage, and said goodbye politely, which made me feel like spring breeze. From the first day of stay to the last day of the pick-up, it was perfect. 
Every staff member of this hotel showed a strong sense of service. Their sincerity and enthusiasm made us spend a comfortable, pleasant and unforgettable time. Highly recommended to everyone who pursues quality and service experience!

1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground.
2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable!
3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it.
4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events.
Now the part that I think they can do better -
1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad.
2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

GGuest UserI came here to escape the summer heat in early September. It is a five-star hotel with a relatively high cost-effectiveness. I am quite satisfied with it. It is located in Guanshanhu New District. The surrounding environment is quite good. The room is quite clean. The design of the bathroom and luggage room is quite clever. The view from the room is great. If you are lucky, you can watch the sunset. Although it has been ten years, the facilities are not new but not old. I especially like the swimming pool. Although it is not big, you can enjoy the scenery while swimming. The lounge in the lobby is also very large. You can sit and order a cup of coffee, or just rest without ordering a drink. The breakfast is also very rich, with Chinese, Western and Japanese food. The milk is especially delicious. Sitting outside listening to the birds singing and looking at the green grass, I feel very good 🙂

It's really good for all groups of people, whether it's service, security, cleanliness. AAaron CedricI really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day).
The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point.
I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!).
The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

The beef hot pot in sour soup is delicious. It is also close to Qianlingshan Park. I forgot my mobile phone to connect boiling water at the front desk, but the lady at the front desk picked it up for me. Thank you so much!

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

TTherRaI booked a room without really thinking about the room itself. All I knew was ”round bed”.
What can I say? It was great! The bed was not only round, but also huge and the room was more like a small apartment with a kitchenette, large sofa corner and chic bathroom.
The location (right next to a subway station on line 2) was also perfect for getting to the different parts of Guiyang quickly. With its own small ”supermarket” for quick shopping right in the building and a mall right in the neighborhood, there is nothing missing here.
So I have nothing to complain about and would recommend it wholeheartedly 😊.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
