It was like climbing into the bed (laughs) The staff was kind and polite and smiled and satisfied. Breakfast is a free coffee in the lounge with handmade bread bought at the hot spring facility I was able to take it slowly in the room with the coffee of the machine, and at night I drank the wine I bought in the convenience store, and I drank the ice in the lounge.

２ It was my first time use. The facilities were luxurious interior and the room was very beautiful and cute. I stayed with my daughter and husband who was one year old. When I was eating, my daughter was noisy, dropped things, and I was annoyed with color 々, but the staff responded with a smile and was saved. Also, I was really helpful to respond to my niece that I wanted to change the time of dinner suddenly. Of course the greatness of the facilities and the deliciousness of the meal, but above all, I was happy with the warm response of the staff. It was a hotel that I wanted to go many times. We used it on a business trip back on weekdays in July. There is no festival on weekdays, and there are few guests, whether it is the influence of the new corona virus. The guidance of the navigation from Gujo Hachiman interchange was a little difficult because it was cut through the city, but there was no particular problem. The hotel is near Gujo Hachiman Jo castle. The mountain of the castle is one-way, but it branches on the way and goes to the hotel. The road is easy to understand because there is a standing tag. The hotel is large and the front lobby is also wide 々. The check-in response was kind and good. I explained that there was no public bath, but it would be because many people are asked. Free tea and orange juice and coffee service. Plus cups with ice are available. There is also a vending machine for conscientious price. The room is on the street side of the 2 floor. You can see the city and the castle from the room. There is a veranda and it feels a bit luxurious. The twin room is large 々, the TV is large, and there is a sofa and a table. The room is very clean. It is not new and colorful. The toilet is clean enough to be in. It is relaxing enough. The building can be made of yukata and slippers. I chose a plan with breakfast. You can choose the start time of 2 streets from 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. for meal preparation. Not a buffet style but a regular meal style. The rice and miso soup were free to be replaced, and it was full of dried rice and sukuba miso for one night. There is nothing near the hotel. You have to go up and down a steep slope to the city, but you should walk after a walk. It's not far. From the hotel to the castle, walk slowly on the one-way road for about 15 minutes. It is safe on the paved road. I was able to stay at a very good price whether it was the time or the day of the week. It is a hotel that I want to use next time.

The building is interesting and staircase. Maybe the original site is a slope, so I think it is made like this. Also, it is interesting to make an elevator diagonally up like a cable car. However, there are only ２ units and it is slow, so it doesn't come easily. The stairs are essential for the person who is troubled, but the stairs are also wide 々, so I personally think that I don't think it's surprisingly painful, but I think it's concerned by some people. The building is old, but I think it is maintained clean first. The room is also bad, but the refrigerator is only available in the old paid specification. I want you to do something to the stone. I think dinner depends on the course, but there were variety and variety that can be drunk with HIDA beef, sushi / stab, dessert, and sake. Breakfast is a buffet but normal. The hot spring is wet with alkaline springs. According to your preference, it is a little wet and is kept in. It is located in ２ F and ８ F, and ８ F is new and open air, so it is recommended.

The facilities are a bit old but keep clean. The size of the room and the comfort of the bath were satisfactory. It is delicious and the amount is satisfactory for both morning and dinner. I am happy with the free massage machine in the lobby. The travel site says there is Wi-Fi, but the only complaint is that it was not connected.

Anyway, there are too many gaps between the posted photos! The photo shows only the part that has been renewed. It looks even better processed. In fact, there are many places that make you think of the Showa era. Renewal is incomplete and inconsistent. It was in someone's word of mouth, but I can't deny the feeling of a forest school or a resort. It's certainly in the woods, but it doesn't feel like a resort at all. Should the name Resort & Spa be changed? The 100% free-flowing hot spring, which is the selling point of this hotel, is ruined by the unclean dressing room and bathroom. The food is not bad, but very ordinary. The sashimi was lukewarm, and the dessert pudding felt like it was sold at a supermarket. The sense of tableware, tables and chairs are also reminiscent of the Showa era. And for some reason the lighting in the dining room is just pointlessly dark. Do you really think it's fashionable if it's dark...? Above all, it is unforgivable that the price setting is at the same level as a luxury hotel. A glass of beer is 1,100 yen? ! I wonder if they are targeting first-time customers who are deceived by the posted photos. With this quality, 30,000 per person is questionable. The best is 12,000 yen. The good points All the young staff were pleasant and likable. Towels will be replaced with new ones. The water pressure in the shower was good. I think they are putting a lot of effort into infection control. that's all.

This Ryokan was a delightful and peaceful place to stay. The room was very spacious with en-suite sitting room, mini fridge and kettle, also a private bathroom so quite like a mini suite. The view was so relaxing with running water, a pond, and surrounding trees, it would make a lovely retreat if only there weren't interesting places nearby to explore. A short 10/15 min drive to the nearby picturesque Gujo Hachiman with riverside walk, castle and restaurants/cafes. Our host was most kind and hospitable, the breakfast he prepared was like a multi course banquet! make sure you have a good appetite!

The room is not big, but it is enough. We stayed on a half-board basis and were overall satisfied. The food didn't look like much, but it was very filling. Overall, we were very satisfied. The scenery in Gero is so beautiful

It was the best healing time I've had in a long time. The rice was delicious and the Hida beef was really great. It was disappointing that many Gero Onsen stores were not open. The hot spring water was by far the best. I felt soft for a week after my visit! I took the train to go and the bus to come back, and the bus fare was paid at the hot spring! Hot springs are truly healing!!! What was a bit disappointing was that the open-air bath could only be used from 6:30 to 9:30 in the morning, but it was a fun hot spring trip!!
