Wat een ongelofelijk herrie! Veel meegemaakt maar dit, nooit. Mensen zitten tot ‘s nachts buiten onder je balkon te luidruchtig te zijn en hotel vind het prima. Doet is af met: ze luisteren toch niet. Ook karaoke tot begin van de nacht. Blèren op de gang en geen rekening houden met andere hotelgasten. Het hotel op zich is prima en de kamers zijn heel ruim en schoon

J’ai détesté le bruit dans la chambre. Aucune insonorisation vers l’extérieur. Le karaoké jusqu’à 23.00 et le bruit dans les couloirs et le bruit de la piscine le matin amène à une petite nuit de sommeil. Le wifi n’est pas excellent dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner reste trop indonésien. Le petit déjeuner continental serait le bienvenu.

We stayed one night. The hotel is quite good, a little noise at night from the neighbors, you could hear them talking in the hallways and slamming doors (not the hotel's fault). The large room, two comfortable beds and views of the pool. The bathroom is good. For children it looks very appealing. We only had breakfast and it seemed a little scarce. We had time to see the incredible market and return by horse cart. The next day we went up to Sibayak. A great excursion with fantastic views, and it would be much better if everyone picked up after themselves

The rooms are in a terrible state and it is very dirty. No water in the bathroom, it took 10 people to come to find the problem. Which means that no one came to clean and inspect the room before we arrived. Corridors and a very noisy reception day and night. We barely got any sleep. the exterior of the hotel is designed to amaze you. It's a real scam. especially since our luxury rooms overlooked the parking lot. The breakfast buffet is a canteen with quantity but not quality. coffee already prepared and very very sweet "Undrinkable", fruit without taste in a country rich in fruits and vegetables.

It was so lovely and amazing trip where I can have chance to come and stay at Sinabung Hills Berastagi Medan. Skip a night from the busy hustle Medan city is a good choice to be in quite fresh cold place and see the nature blend with the great hospitality products and services. Drove about 2 hours from Medan and recommended during weekdays instead of weekend and when you enter the Hotel area and go inside to the back side of Hotel then you can see how beautiful it is. Lobby is big enough with plenty of space, nice restaurant with amazing view. Feel like you forgot all your daily activities and feel the fresh air to breathe. Room is spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic and love to open the windows during stay. Pool so big and beautiful garden with lovely colorful flowers everywhere, big Christmas trees everywhere. Staffs oh so amazing, they are all friendly and always smile and serve you with sincere, you can feel it. Overall, my one night stay brought me good memories and feel wanna back soon with my family. Thank you to Mr. Pasaribu (General Manager) and all hia entire teams who gave me warm welcome and good memories during stay. Good hotel in the mountains of Berastagi. Located on the edge of the city. Very clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Swimming pool was a bit too cold to use. Restaurant was not open for dinner so you have to walk into town and look for food there which is not easy to find. Good hotel to continue to Lake Tabo, but recommend doing this in 1 trek if possible (from Bukit Lawang)
