When we checked in, the front desk gave us a room on the 10th floor. The office building downstairs was under power outage. My husband needed to take a nap in the afternoon after a long drive. We informed the front desk and they immediately coordinated and moved us to the 18th floor. Although the room was smaller, it was quiet and we could rest. The handling was timely. The breakfast ingredients were quite rich.
