The girl at the front desk (Xiaojuan) warmly welcomed us and arranged a room in time. After checking into the hotel, we were surprised. I didn't expect that the hotel we booked online was so high-end, with reasonable prices and affordable prices. The park scenery is great, and it is said to be a national garden hotel park building. It's antique, with crisp and sweet birdsong, clean swimming pool, small fish biting your feet (Turkish fish spa), fresh air for walking in the park, and rare tree species (Indian sandalwood tree 🌲). The night view of the garden is particularly beautiful at night. The breakfast is rich in variety. After staying in Hainan for more than a month, I didn't expect that the last stop would be so perfect. Stayed for two nights and the big bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended!

This was a very bad experience. Check-in at noon told the front desk that because of maintenance, there will be hot water around 4:30 in the afternoon. I just entered the room and turned on the air conditioner. There was no electricity. After I hung up the phone twice, I sent someone to check. The card was broken and I couldn't get electricity. Then the amount of water was very small. The front desk sent someone to deal with it twice, and the treatment was normal. Then, when the hot water reached 5 o'clock, it hadn't come yet, and it was 6 o'clock. When asked about the situation later, it was slow. It was hot, but I didn’t wait for it all night. I got up the next morning and there was no hot water after 8 o’clock. I informed the front desk that there was no hot water in my room to change the room. I didn’t take a shower all day and night on a hot day. I was in a bad mood. Yes, when I came back from breakfast, I found hot water came on, and it was the check-out time.

It feels very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The hotel environment is very suitable for check-in. We live on the eighth floor and can see the river when we open the balcony door. The night view is beautiful especially. There are Sichuan cuisine, Yunnan cuisine, barbecue, and Beijing copper pot nearby. Shabu-shabu. It’s very pleasant to walk downstairs to eat and drink some wine in the evening. After eating and drinking, walk back to the hotel to wash up and go to bed/::Z Don’t be too comfortable😌

I booked a room with Ctrip. I thought it was an old hotel after reading the reviews, but I was surprised when I came in. The room environment is very good, the facilities are not old, it is quiet, it is close to the duty-free shop, and it feels very safe next to the provincial government. The bedding is silky and clean, and it is a good place to sleep. I was very relieved and also gave two bottles of milk and two small lucky bags as gifts, which felt good. When leaving the hotel, the concierge Wang Mingyang helped load the car and carry the luggage. He was very polite and thumbs up.

I was unlucky this time. It was rainy and cloudy for the past few days. I didn't expect it to be so cold in Haikou. After checking into the hotel room, I found that my room did not have air conditioning, so I discussed with the hotel whether I could change it to a room with air conditioning. Later, the hotel staff arranged a room with a kitchenette for me. Although the area was smaller than the previous one, it was warmer. The hotel also presented welcome fruits and two drinks. Although it was a bit regretful that we didn’t see the sunset due to bad weather this time, seeing the beautiful night view of the hotel was also a kind of compensation!
