The hotel staff were very polite, including the breakfast room and the staff who delivered meals to the room. They are all very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that it is very quiet at night, which is very friendly to people like me who are picky about sleep. But there is one thing: when I checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk what rights and interests I had, and she said there were none. When I made the reservation, I saw that there was a golf experience. Although I didn’t come here for this, but! It’s a fly in the ointment!

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .
