Hot spring Hotels in Haikou

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

The breakfast is rich, the surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet, there is a large back garden, the water in the hot spring area is very clean, and there are many activities suitable for children. Qiao Na and Jing Ting at the front desk were attentive and upgraded to a river view room.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

Environment: The location of Holiday Yacht Hotel is very quiet, next to Wanlv Garden, but it is not noisy. The sea view room I booked faces west, so I can only see the sunset. Facilities: The decoration of the room is very unique, especially the ceiling lamps on the roof that imitate the ocean world and can change colors, which is very impressive. The only drawback is that the washbasin is too small and there is a light in the shoe cabinet that doesn't work. There is partridge tea in the room, which tastes very special. Service: I didn’t see the welcome service in the promotional video. It is probably due to optimization and cost reduction. The breakfast is not a buffet but a special morning tea, with open-air seating, and the food is pretty good.

It is more suitable for the elderly and young people to stay. It is a beautiful thing to have a three or five-day trip! It's a pity that I have already bought a ticket to leave the island tomorrow night. Otherwise, I really want to stay a few more days. It is so beautiful, with coconut breeze and sea charm!

The front desk service is very good, the room is very comfortable, there is no time to take pictures, the scenery is beautiful, the holiday beach is right outside the door, and it is about ten kilometers away by taxi to Qilou Old Street, Geopark and other attractions. Breakfast was very rich. The service is also passable. Had a nice lunch at a local restaurant.

Hotel price is not high, breakfast is very general, environmental sanitation is OK, right starting price. The construction is very noisy next to it, so be sure to live in the south. The little girl at the front desk felt very tired at work, no warm smile, no expression in speech, but there was a lady at the front desk who was superb and took the initiative to help us extend the check-out.
