The hotel is very quiet, the bed is particularly comfortable, the day before yesterday, the young lady also upgraded, before leaving the front desk brother also sent a gift, really feel at home, will come next time, the accommodation experience is very good, I have lived in Atour The best experience.

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.
