My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!

The hotel is located on Wenyuan South Road. The overall location is good and it is convenient for travel. The room is quite good. The hotel also took me to visit other room types. The environment is quite good. The hotel service is also very good. It introduced nearby food and drinks, as well as the time and direction of tide watching. The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. It also comes with free parking and breakfast, so it is worth recommending.

Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip. I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰

Staying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the breakfast is OK. The hotel is in a good location. It takes more than 30 minutes to drive to Guanchao Shengdi Park and more than ten minutes to drive to Nanguanxiang Historical and Cultural District. There are several home-style restaurants across the road from the hotel. There are many free parking spaces downstairs, and parking is very convenient.

The front desk lady was very nice. The superior twin room I booked was upgraded to a deluxe twin room for free! Although the breakfast tasted average, the hotel staff were very nice, and the cleaning lady who passed by greeted us. I would stay here again next time.

The price is cheap and cost-effective! The scenery outside the window is picturesque, parking is free, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and hygienic, there are many people during the festival, and the waiters are still as friendly and enthusiastic as always.
