Vienna Hotel is my first choice every time I travel. As for Haining Leather City Branch, it is still a very satisfactory branch. The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. Arrived yesterday evening in the rain. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and upgraded my room. The room was very comfortable and quiet, so I had an excellent night's sleep. The big bed room near the elevator is very noisy. There is an external unit or a main pump room. It buzzes every seven or eight minutes. I was always woken up when I fell asleep. The front desk service was very good. They changed another room for us.
