Real feedback, the newly built resort is very beautiful, and the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic, but one thing completely ruined the good mood! We booked two rooms. In the room where my family stayed, we had dinner in the hotel and went back to the room to take a shower. While taking a shower, I suddenly heard the sound of something falling in the room. I quickly came out to take a look. The entire curtains and even the sticks fell down because My family had some difficulty with their legs and feet, so they called me right away. My friend and I went to the room to check on the situation and called the hotel to send someone to repair it. When the people from the maintenance department came in, they didn't show any concern and asked if anyone was injured. They just asked if we had pulled down the curtains with too much force. They were speechless! After the repair, no one came to clean the dusty room, and there was no apology 😥 I reported the situation to Ctrip, and the customer service quickly responded and went to investigate with the agent. I just want to say that such employees without service awareness will ruin the image of the entire hotel. Safety risks are also a factor in choosing a hotel. I hope the platform will pay attention to it and pay attention to the follow-up results.

A completely new resort experience in Hai Phong. Really great. It takes 25 minutes to travel from Cat Bi International Airport to Dream Dragon Resort. The hotel space is luxurious, the staff is friendly. The hotel buffet is quite diverse and delicious. All rooms have sunlight. You can swim in the artificial beach and have fun at the nearby water park. Suitable for family and friends.

The hotel is stunning, probably the best I’ve been in Do Son. The views are beautiful and the staff are very attentive. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with my stay here, the room was comfortable and clean which is really important for my stay. I’d highly recommend it. Staff members were particularly helpful like xuan dung who was great to me on my stay.

The service was slow and inconvenient. The food was delicious, but there was no service. The facility was new, so it was very clean and nice, and the swimming pool was also very pretty. The amenities were also good because they used Than products. It would be nice if it was a little more active.

Especially, you must try the cake and coffee bar located in the lobby. Dung and Thom advised me that cakes and coffee were very suitable for my taste. Will definitely come back when the Water Park opens to experience it.
