This room is really nice. I was traveling by car, and there were about ten parking spaces in front of the hotel. Let me first say that the room environment is clean and tidy. It is like a house with everything, kitchen utensils, and a very comfortable home feeling. There is also a bathroom and a sauna room. The overall environment is very good. There is also a barbecue grill on the balcony for barbecue! Everything is complete, but I will clean the utensils myself. Next, what I don't like most about this hotel is the service. If you want to stay here, basically please prepare everything by yourself. Don't expect anyone or staff to serve you. There is a 24-hour screen for face-to-face video, but if you speak Mandarin, you really have to communicate endlessly. It's really hard to communicate unless they speak Mandarin, otherwise they mostly speak Japanese. Whether checking in or asking questions after check-in, you have to rely on the video call. Because I didn’t handle it before checking in, I didn’t expect it to be so troublesome. No one asked and they couldn't answer my question, so I asked customer service. After you make a reservation, they will first send you an email to tell you the door code and room number. The most troublesome thing is to go to their check-in iPad at the door and fill in the information, so I suggest that it is best to receive their email before check-in and complete the check-in procedures online. After that, you can use the code they gave you to open the door when you go to the room. If you have any problems after checking in, it is actually very inconvenient. There is nothing nearby and it is deserted. If you don't drive yourself, I don't recommend it. Also, his check-out time was 10 o'clock. I was 15 to 20 minutes late, but his was about 10:10 to 15. He opened the door without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. Although I don't know if there was anyone inside, at least he knocked on the door. The worst situation was that I had just finished taking a shower and was wrapped in a towel. How embarrassing! I rushed into the bathroom immediately. Fortunately, I locked the door. After that the hotel receptionist called us 5 minutes later to check on us and we told them we could check out in 10 minutes, which of course was no problem for them, but it was a bit scary.

Self-service check-in, the room is big and beautiful, there is also a hot spring sauna room, the price/performance ratio is not too high, recommended.

The reservation code, PIN code and QR code were sent twice by email. I filled in the information online in advance and checked in very smoothly (those who don't speak Japanese need to speak English well). Kowakudani subway station is on the opposite hillside. It takes 2 minutes to get there by small ladder 🪜 + mountain road. If you drag your luggage, it takes about 7 minutes to walk along an S-shaped road. The facilities are all first-line big brands, but unfortunately I didn't see any stars after playing with the telescope for two nights. The only small flaw is that the capsule coffee machine seems to have some problems. The washer and dryer is really easy to use, but there is a little noise (you can wait until you go out to play during the day to turn it on). This price I grabbed during the Spring Festival holiday is really cost-effective.
