I didn't even comment on this. It's too bad. The room is just like a guesthouse. There's a fishy smell inside. There's no business around. It's not convenient to order takeout. How can there be such a shabby place? Just take a boat to Halong Bay. Don't stay in a hotel. It's too shabby.

최근에 지어진 호텔이라 깨끗하고 청결하고 모든 시설이 좋았어요~
2일 머무르는동안 조식도 바뀌어서 다양하게 즐겼어요~
특히 쌀국수 한국인 취향이에요^^
호텔 수영장부터 마사지. 헬스장까지 경험하면서 호캉스 편하게 하고 가요~~
직원분 모두 친절했어요 특히 jenny 늘 웃는 얼굴로 반겨주고 세탁할곳도 알아봐 주고 센스있게 사진도 찍어주셔서 감사드립니다~

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍

Only one recommendation: Maybe they can provide towels and Desinfektion in the gym for the future.
