Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention "Alice" and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was "phenomenal". The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is "the thing to do" :)
I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay).
Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

Excellent hotel and location is good, thanks to upgrade to sea view. Breakfast was excellent and has variety of food.
