Расположение отличное. Номер не убирался в течении дня. Мини-бар не работал. Окно в комнате не закрывалось полностью. Ночью из-за этого было шумно и холодно.
Воду на ресепшн выдали после того, как показал, что она есть в бронировании. Внизу есть открытая кухня для сотрудников. Клиенты не могут ей пользоваться. Я считаю, что в данном случаи её нужно прятать от всех. В январе не сезон, достаточно сложно найти открытое кафе рядом.

We had booked wrongly the room for that day, we personally when down to the hotel request to cancel my booking, the manager in charge verbally agreed but after we left I saw the system rejected my request, end up they charge me without we check in the hotel. When we call up to us , their reply is we book thru trip we must ask trip to settle then hang up the phone. So disappointed with the service.
