They cancelled us the morning that we were supposed to stay there. The excuses were unreasonable and their was no conact or emails from the hotel until the morning that we were supposed to stay there. This is unexcusable from this hotel or Best Western. Beware of booking this hotel. They can cancel you at last minute.

The room is large, the restaurant and the location are normal. There is no service at the hotel. They gave us the key to the room, we went to the 17th floor. The key didn't work, the girl at the reception said I don't know how to use the key. We went down and changed the key for us. It doesn't work again, the manager got up with us and doesn't work either. She replaced room on the 10th floor, I’m not agree. The manager came and moved us to the 18th floor (thanks so much, she’s very polite) We booked two nights in this hotel, and the next day when we came back from the marathon, our key doesn't work again, because because of the incompetent staff, we were checked in for one night😂😂

We first spent 2 nights in the hotel and planned to go to another hotel after that, but we fell in love with this hotel so much that we stayed here for a whole week! We first had a city view room and then we wanted a sea view room for a change. Both rooms were amazing!
The bar in the hotel lobby has wonderfully refreshing drinks. We also once ordered food at the hotel, it was fine. There is a small shop near the hotel where you can also buy food and a large shopping center further away.
The hotel's pool area is nicely small, and we had a great time there. There weren't many customers in the hotel as we were out of season (rainy season) so we got to feel luxury everywhere.
The hotel also has a gym, where we went to work out. There could be kettlebells in addition to other equipment.
Although there are stoves/hotplates in the rooms, there are still no pots or pans with which you can cook yourself. This was a bit of a shame, but maybe you could have gotten them from the lobby by asking?
All around the hotel and its staff are great. We would love to come again.
