家族で浜名湖を観に来てふらっと立ち寄りました。少し小腹が満たせれば…くらいの軽い気持ちで行ったのですが、ご飯もデザートもおいしかったです！ 器とかもオシャレで、楽しかった✨ 何とも、スタッフの方の対応が良かったです😌 軽食と食事の場所の違いを理解できていなかったのですが、何度も嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧にご説明いただいた上、ご案内までしていただきました。 （小さい子もいたのですが、OKしていただきました✨嬉しかった…！） 今度は、ゆっくり泊まりに来たいです！

オリエンタルルームに宿泊。ダイワロイヤルの和洋室は似てると思います。ただ、最上階にあり、広い窓から一日中陽がはいるし、エアコンが古い？のか、一斉に管轄しているようで、冷房、ドライなどの機能がなく、大浴場から帰ると暑くて暑くて💦温度を下げても暑かったです。これはどうにもならないのかな（笑） レストランは最高に美味かったです。一日目は、日本料理のコース（真ん中ランク）二日目は中華料理のコースを食べました。どちらも、良いタイミングで料理が出てくるので、ゆったりと美味しくいただきました。中華料理では、料理長が各テーブルを回って、挨拶に来てくれました。フランス料理は食べる機会が無かったのですが、最上階で夜景を見ながらゆったりと食事出来ると思います。朝食のバイキングは、ツアー客も一緒なので少々混雑しています。先に席を取ることをお勧めします。お箸とおしぼりを置いてた人が、ツアー客のおばちゃんに席を取られてモメてました（笑）分かり易いものを置いておきましょうネ！品数が沢山ありましたが、ライブキッチンでは、目玉焼きだけでオムレツはありません。あとゆかりのオムスビを握ってくれます。最上階のフレンチの横に予約制の少しお高い朝食があったようです。ランチもホテルで取りましたが、最高でした！カフェも広々としてよかったです。近所に住んでいたら、再々ランチに利用したと思います（笑） 大浴場の絶えずスタッフが清掃しているし、挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。ショップも朝７時からオープンしているので、早い出発の人には便利かも。

Also, I used to be able to play tennis at the hotel, but at one point the court was peeling off, nothing was maintained, and now it's a parking lot. The owner was able to play tennis for free, but it is no longer possible, and the service is getting worse and worse.
