It was an inn in a complex building, and it was a facility like a spa and a cartoon cafe.
Because it was near the station, there were many restaurants around, and it was convenient to have a food court and fast food shop in 1F of the building.
The hall was new and kept clean. The common space is large and there is plenty of work space, so you can read manga and put it in hot springs and saunas. The sliding door of the cabin type room was not locked, but a sensor key of the wristband was required to enter the living area, and a diamond where valuables could be placed on the living desk. There was a Le-type locker. Also, it seemed that large lockers could be used if you get the key at the front desk.
The inside of the building was only available for spa (no accommodation), and it felt like local young children were also using it, but it didn't feel noisy in the shared space, and the living space was quiet.
The point that I want to improve is the staff's response guide at check-in.
At check-in, I was told that the room number and the entrance and exit of the living area required a key, but there was no guide map in the hall at the front desk, ”There is a guide in the hall in the back and a detailed guide to the room. Please look at it.” The front desk staff immediately started talking with each other.
For those who use it for the first time, even if it was said that there was a guide in the hall ”in the back”, it was not a pointer or a guide to where the ”inner” was actually, so I searched for a guide board. It took me a while to find my room. I think it's good to have you read the information on the use of the building in the file in the living room, but at least use the information map in the building at the front desk, ”the location of the front room, the route to the room” I think it's better to have you guide me. I think there is a lot of room for improvement as a front desk job to neglect the response of the customer and increase the time to talk between the staff.
There was inconvenience in responding at check-in, but the response of the front desk at check-out and the cleaning staff at the time of use in the building were very polite and pleasant.

There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

Thank you for your care on May 3 during the midst of Hamamatsu Festival. I get the necessary amenities at the front desk and enter the room. I only got a com. The room was single, and there was a thankful desk for business, and it was easy to use. There is a shelf next to the chair, and you can boil hot water. the humidifier and air cleaner were also placed, which was very helpful. It was very unfortunate that I had hair left when I tried to take a bath, but it was very quiet in front of Hamamatsu station and I could sleep well at night. I had a breakfast buffet and I was able to enjoy the Japanese style. The price was high because it was in GW, but it was good to stay. I had a hair loss of ★, but I would like to take care of you again if I have the opportunity.

This price is great near the station.
It is simple, but there is a minimum necessary.
It is relatively clean and has no smell.
The smoking space on the first floor is not smelly.
The coffee server on the first floor has a paper cup with a lid and cannot spill even if it is carried to the room.
The front desk is not bad, but it is not professional.
There is no switch of the ventilation fan in the unit bus, and the humidity is swamped.
Because of that, it is relatively beautiful, but there is a little black mold.
Overall, the cospa is good and the hotel is good for sightseeing and Viginas.

Excellent
GGuest UserI used it when I stayed at a drinking party. The rooms and corridor lobby are beautiful in the newly opened hotel. There was a restaurant & bar on the 1st floor, but it was closed due to the influence of Corona. I would like to expect an early resumption. The room is a good size, but I felt that the toilet and bathtub were a little small. Body soap and shampoo are provided on the wall, but some amenities will be brought from the side of the front desk as much as you need. The parking lot is affiliated with the adjacent multi-storey car park, so you will be parked there. It is a good hotel to use because it is close to the downtown area.
AAaronma3000The breakfast is very diverse, be sure to bring breakfast! The location is very good, close to Hamamatsu station. It also has its own bathhouse. You can take a bath in the morning and evening. I didn't try the bathhouse, but the location is good enough.
静静I use this hotel many times. I like the room when I first used it. However, except for the room I stayed at the first time, I felt inconvenient, such as the arrangement of the TV, the mirror, and the outlet too small. The room was not a unit type type, so the room was the first room, so the other room was almost a unit. I felt dirty and uncomfortable with the toilet seat. I like the smoking room, but it was strange that there was no ventilation fan. Then, the parking lot is not stopped every time and it is inconvenient. What is the number of parking less than the number of rooms? I think every time. I parked in a parking lot near the hotel, and I also took a parking fee, and I don't know the meaning. I want you to improve.
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGideon_LinI stayed in this hotel for a night. The bed was really comfortable. There is a bathtub for you to soaked in. For me, it was great as I was drenched from the rain. They also offer free welcome drink and curry rice for dinner. Breakfast was buffet but by the first round, I was full. They cooked really well too. The staff at the reception was sweet and polite. The previous lady whom I met at 2pm was helpful in arranging to bring my bag-pack to my room. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.
Ttomotan1324It is a business hotel just outside the south exit of Hamamatsu Station. It was still like a new building, so the building and the room were very beautiful. However, some of the front desk staff seem to have not enough training yet. (I can't find my name I'm booking on the net!) After waiting for a few minutes, I said, ”I'm leaving my luggage in the morning, but I'm cherry blossoms”, and finally found it. There was a large bath (although if you enter 3 people in the bathtub, the hot water seems to overflow), and there was a cherry blossom. In addition, 18:00 ~ 20:00 is called happy hour and 1 cup of alcohol can be drunk for free at 1F restaurants It's! (I had a raw beer) as a snack, and there were persimmon seeds and beans. The next morning breakfast was also sterilized with fingers, vinyl gloves, I had a buffet style. There were many kinds of side dishes and it was a satisfactory content.
GGuest UserThis time, ”Hotel Select Inn Hamamatsu Station Mae lost this! Simple stay for business sightseeing ♪ Non-smoking Western room Double 2 people 1 room Breakfast with” 3990 yen / people We used the plan of 2 people. The check-in time was 22 hours, but the man (foreign staff in Japan) who feels unfamiliar with Japanese corresponds, and despite the reservation with breakfast, ”I don't receive a reservation with breakfast. It is said that breakfast cannot be eaten. The parking lot is also full for the hotel, and there is no parking lot somewhere? I heard that there are many around it, so please look for yourself and stop. I thought it would be troublesome if I was a traveler who was unfamiliar with Hamamatsu. The hotel's large bath was also a man's side, the washroom was 8, but the bath was a full bathtub when adults entered 3 people. The female bath was also about the same size and the family said, but the security is low. If you are a business hotel (personal impression) of a certain rank, there are many mechanisms to enter the password, open the key and enter the dressing room, but there is no hotel here. 1 Directly connected to the front entrance on the floor, there is a bathroom entrance on the floor next to the front entrance of the hotel, and the front staff is not always looking at it. It was a little uneasy. The air conditioning was also air conditioned throughout the building, and it was used at the end of 4, but it was already cold with the setting of ”cooling”. Why is this hotel in ANA hotels? I wonder. The only good thing was that the price was cheap. There was no other place to stay, and it was a response that I thought I would not stay again except when there was no way.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
GGuest UserIt seems that it has been fixed now, but the discount guide is unfriendly. Also, I was disgusted with the fact that the breakfast was explained at the front desk the evening before. Another guest came to the breakfast time guided by the same way, but it was full of group guests and could not enter. Also, the transfer to the station certainly says ”reservation by 3 days in advance”, but it was refused even though there was no one else on the day. I want you to learn hospitality again. It's far from the station. It's quite old, but I was surprised that the room temperature was hardly adjusted and the sound of the toilet water was so loud. It is foolish to use it in the middle of the night.
GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can go from Hamamatsu Station without crossing a big road. I used it for the live expedition this time, but it was very helpful to arrive at Hamamatsu station around noon and to leave my luggage before check-in and carry it to the room.
It's a short walk to the convenience store, so if you come from the station, you might want to finish shopping at the convenience store first.
The staff at the front desk were polite and very good at any time zone.
I felt that the air conditioner was difficult to adjust for me, and even if it was weakest in three stages, the temperature was a little high.
