Erfüllt leider nicht alle 4 Sterne Kriterien. An eine ruhige Nacht ist nicht zu denken durch die Soganlage, was prinzipiell kein Problem darstellt, allerdings liegen sämtliche Rohre frei im Flur und dadurch ist alle paar Sekunden von überall die Spülung zu hören. Zimmer und Flur viel zu dunkel gestaltet. Eine Skybar die nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat für mich völlig unerklärlich.

Für ein, zwei Nächte ok, Frühstück 08/15, jeden Tag gleiche Wurst und Käse (der teilweise vom Votrtag war) Rezeptionspersonalsehr unfreundlich und Wortkarg, Zimmer sehr schlicht, Betten waren gut

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer mit Blick zum Hafen sind nartürlich unschlagbar gut...mega Aussicht! Das einzige was mir von der Lautstärke aufgefallen ist und auch ein wenig meinen Schlaf beeinträchtig hat sind die lauten Toilettenspülungen! Aber es hat mir sehr gut gefallen im Hotel...gerne wieder!

Ich schätze den unkomplizierten und effizienten Online-Check-in und Check-out sehr – das hat meinen Aufenthalt angenehm und stressfrei gemacht. Es war bereits mein zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Während ich mit dem Service und den Abläufen insgesamt zufrieden war, habe ich erneut festgestellt, dass die schwarzen, monotonen Gänge eine eher bedrückende und wenig einladende Atmosphäre vermitteln. Vielleicht könnten ein paar warme Farbakzente an ausgewählten Stellen für mehr Freundlichkeit und Wohlfühlcharakter sorgen.

Auf jeden Fall eine Übernachtungsempfehlung! Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Servicezugewandtheit gewünscht. Wobei ich das Gefühl hatte, dass die Mitarbeiter vielleicht schon wollten, es aber möglicherweise alles systematisiert läuft…

Für mich das ideale Hotel aufgrund eines geschäftlichen Aufenthalts. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es war alles vorhanden. Highlight war für mich der direkte Blick vom Zimmer aufs Wasser und auf die Hafenlandschaft Gerne wieder.
