The breakfast was very good and the harbor bar that served as the breakfast room was very quaint. The location was perfect for us on the night before the cruise, but if you're coming to see Hamburg, you're a bit out of the way. The room was functional and clean, but nothing special. The night receptionist was a bit overwhelmed, but assured us it was his first night, so we didn't want to be too harsh.

1. Room at the highest floor with Wi-Fi was not available; asked to receptionist to solve it but no result;
2. The staff many times asking for room number during have had breakfast.

The location felt little outcast from the city of Hamburg. Humble staff but no housekeeping. We asked for extra pillow and blanket for our child and they were helpless. Never had such response from any staff. Parking surprisingly also was chargeable. Not at all worth.
