The staff was amazing and polite, I really enjoyed my stay I'll recommend, the reception was great I really loved the enviroment. I will surely visit again for a better adventure keep the good work up . I honestly recommend these place for families, &friends

This hotel has BEDBUGS / BETTWANZEN! Do not stay there unless you want to take home a souvenir that keeps you busy for a long time. We could actually see them walking around on the beds. No response from the hotel after letting them know about the bedbugs.

Got a room right next to the elevator, it was impossible to sleep. All the walls shook with every ride. When I asked at reception, I was fobbed off with the words "We're fully booked, there's nothing else." I showed video and audio recordings, but nobody was interested. Two weeks later, I received an email saying "you should have contacted me two days later." I EVEN CONTACTED THEM THE SAME DAY AND EMAILED THEM AGAIN!!! AVOID THIS CRAPHOUSE AT ALL COSTS

We asked for a late check in because of late train arrival. They did not respond but still charged us. When we notised this we tried to get in contact with them to cancel. They did not answer any of our messages, After homecoming we reached the management but they were rude and did not want to discuss our complain, they did not even look at the reservation. We have contacted *********** and they have asked the same questions but it does not help. I hope *********** will exclude this hotel from their site.
