The landlord's service also made me very satisfied, warm but not too disturbing, and the recommended surrounding restaurants were also great. Driving back to Guangzhou from Xinjiang for a long time, I was tired. Originally, I booked a room for a friend, and another friend and I didn't plan to be good. When we arrived at the store in the early morning, the boss saw that the three of us were exhausted. He didn't say anything, and gave us an extra room to let us rest for free! This kind of kindness to send charcoal in the snow made us feel the warmth of home instantly. The room is clean and comfortable. The boss's thoughtfulness and trust for the sake of the guests is the most touching place! In the era of rules everywhere, this human touch is particularly precious.

Entering the lobby feels like hanging stars, and the room is even more surprising. It is great to stay in such a hotel for more than 100! Service: The front desk is enthusiastic. Since I came back late from the sea road, I called the front desk and they were very patient and said it didn’t matter. I had fun and came back. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was already reserved and the check-in was very fast.

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. They provided disposable bath and face towels, which was a nice touch. The two washing machines and two dryers were really convenient and worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. Oh, one thing though: the shower in my room wasn't great. I hope the hotel sees this and fixes it soon. We had already unpacked everything and were only staying one night, so we didn't bother asking to switch rooms. The water pressure was too low for the main showerhead to even work, so I had to make do with the small handheld one. I think the water pressure just wasn't strong enough.

The most important thing is that the location is very good. Next to the back to the Wangfu is the Mukam Center and the Hami Museum. The free explanation in the museum is also great. Going two or three hundred meters next to it is Altun Ancient Street. It is very convenient as a transit point for a day trip.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite Hami Railway Station. There are many unique local restaurants nearby, and the backyard parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. The female customer service staff and male staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, even helping us find a parking spot – really impressive! The breakfast was rich and delicious. This is my second time in Hami, and I continue to experience the city's friendly hospitality.

The bathroom in the room is very smelly, and it is very inconvenient to shop and eat around. The parking lot is large and safe. But it is not recommended for couples, family trips and elderly couples to consider choosing. Service attitude is not bad, but there are large logistics trucks around, driving carefully.
