Again, we like its WiFi, not just having but good in transmission rate.
Of course, free car park is also a must in Canada.

Great location to check out Hess Village. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there is construction happening behind the hotel and they began working at 6am which was incredibly loud. Otherwise, there is coffee and tea in the lobby, breakfast on site with lots of options, and the room was excellent. I would recommend staying here and would go back.

Loved everything about our stay - friendly and helpful staff, new facilities - loved the gym, pool area, eating area and breakfast included was delicious! Rooms are beautifully presented, comfortable bed, pillows, comforter. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent underground parking. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and modern.
The room was beautiful but the heater wasn’t working and the room was too warm. It was too late for me to call and get another room.
Breakfast was not great. Didn’t have any gluten free nor dairy free options (hard boiled eggs would have been a great alternative to scramble, potato wedges without gluten another alternative to bread)

We really liked this hotel. Very clean & modern. Excellent breakfast & my husband & daughter loved the pool! Only downside was the parking. When we checked in, the parking garage was full & we had to park across the street. This was a public parking space & even there it was difficult to find a spot. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

A few issues. For the price parking should be included with your stay. Also the layout of the parking garage needs work. I parked in a designated parking spot when i went to leave in the morning i was blocked in by other vehicles. I had to squeeze out in between a car and the wall.

We had a great stay. Very clean rooms, staff were friendly and the breakfast was awesome. Noon checkout is a great bonus. Will absolutely stay here again.

Having breakfast included with children is great! Check in was easy and smooth and I like that it's secure under ground parking. Knowing you don't have to worry about your vehicle.
