The hotel was quite strange, they didn’t arrange things according to my requests. Not sure if it’s because I booked through a third-party travel agency, but they put me on the first floor in a disabled room, which I found really odd. Also, for breakfast, you have to collect your voucher from the front desk yourself, otherwise the restaurant will charge you, was wondering a high quality hotel like this one still doing this kind of “old school” arrangement

Needed a place to stay overnight after a concert. Place was nice and clean for the value and food options available in the area late at night. Highly recommend

Great location minute from the highway, great and helpful staff will come again

I  recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive to all requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed for restful nights after busy days. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of privacy. The location was also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access. Parking was free and readily available, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area, whether for business or leisure. Great service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Great location if you’re spending time in the Hamilton beaches. Lots of parking. Reasonably priced. Pretty clean.

The room is clean and tidy, and relatively new. There is a capsule coffee machine and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is made after ordering. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. There is no commercial street around, but it is next to the highway exit.

The hotel is so ugly that I don't even want to take pictures, but it is OK to stay for one night. It is convenient to book on Ctrip. It is cheaper than booking on the official website. Maybe the tax is waived.

Downtown is a bit messy, but it's very quiet away from downtown. The front desk was also very polite, and everything went smoothly during check-in. The room was very clean.

The room is OK, but there is an inexplicable extra charge. It must have been received by mistake. Customer service has not responded after 4 days of communication. Why is it so complicated for a simple matter?
