Well what can I say. Best holiday we have ever had. The room was clean and other than one small mishap with the towels being forgotten all was fantastic. The animation team are amazing and all bring such fun and character to the entertainment.

Hello, I've just returned home from this hotel and I am really satisfied with my stay. The hotel was nice, big, clean and well-maintained. The food was just AMAZING. There was a huge variety everyday and it was so delicious with generous quantites. The cleaning ladies were helpful and nice, especially the one cleaning the rooms 1000-＞1011. I forgot her name but she was super pleasant. The pools were big and clean. The receptionist was nice and helpful. He helped us with a complaint about noisy neighbours. I really appreciated that. Plus, when we first arrived, we got our rooms quickly. There was no delay. The entertainment was fine. They were really trying to entertain us but I think it could need a little improvement. However, the one thing that really annoyed me was the discrimination against us Tunisians. Most employees were not nice with us. They greet tourists, smile at them, help them a lot and are really accommodating to them. However, when it comes to us Tunisians, you find none of that. And many people at the hotel and on Facebook were really complaining about that. All in all, it was a great stay but please just pay attention to this detail because that's not fair to us paying Tunisian customers.

My experience at tui suneo royal kenz 🥰 was amazing🤩 Last year in july 2023 me and my husband have passed our honeymoon 💗 at best hotel in Tunisian 🇹🇳 of course for us. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were impressed by the room (1219) was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable with good smell. The beach 🏖is very near the hotel it was the best i've ever been on. Without forgetting the restaurant's food 🥘 was tasty, freshly made also with huge variety of options thank you chef for your delicious meals from around the world. Also, the animators🕺💃 are very kind they're marked us by their efficiency, punctuality and their sense of humor. That's why me and My husband decided to revisit the tui suneo royal kenz again this Sunday 08th September 2024 for the whole week in order to celebrate our 1st marriage anniversary👩‍❤️‍👨, we were so excited! i think we are falling in love with this hotel😍.

Amazing hotel, fabulous food, lovely staff. Entertainment team are best we have ever seen. Me Bean, Madi, Memo, Katty, Speedy and Sherif went above and beyond to keep everyone happy. Plenty of food suitable for all. Waiters very attentive. Clean surroundings, no problems with getting sunbeds. Lovely clean beach. Excursion guys by the pool were great. Have re booked for next year. Just back from a week here. First time in Tunisia. Firstly, I have a lot of positives about the resort, but to get the one big negative (for us) out of the way, DO NOT come here if you want to relax during the day. There is no area on resort to really chill out during the day, which is what we enjoy doing on holiday. If you are into loud music, pool games and daytime entertainment, you will love this place. Even the indoor pool, which is really nice, is crowded with families, kids with floaties etc, screaming and jumping into the water, there is genuinely nowhere to go and snooze/read/zone out etc during the daytime, unless you go to the beach, which is nice but only serves beer/soft drinks and is a good 5 minute walk away, not 2 as some suggest, so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The loud daytime music could even be heard from our room, so there really is no escape. Even my noise cancelling headphones failed me! This is a personal criticism though, lots of the clientele were having a great time so if this is your thing, go for it. It's just not ours and had I known this I would not have booked. I would like to suggest that the hotel considered making the pool near the bar adults only? On to the positives now. Our room was not dated at all, as some reviews have suggested so I wonder if our section had been upgraded? Anyway, it was lovely, overlooking the indoor pool with a (distant) sea view. Some nice north african decor touches with the mirrors and lighting, great powerful shower, comfy bed, fresh towels every day, good hairdryer, free safe, big balcony, lots of clothes hangers. Bedding was only changed once throughout the week though, which is a shame. I'd expect a daily change at a 4* hotel when it's 35+ degrees! I really liked our room, no complaints apart from lack of bedding change. Now for the best bit, the food. It really is exceptional, huge choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did not come away from a single meal without raving about how good it was. Everything was tasty, hot, fresh and full of flavour. The snack bar was ok if you want simplicity, pasta, hamburger, pizza etc but we prefer a range of international food so we mostly ate at the restaurant. We were on the early dinner service, it was calm and relaxed and you get the same allocated table every night, I really liked this idea! One complaint, there was halva on offer our first night, my absolute favourite middle eastern sweet treat. I planned on eating lots of it throughout my stay but it was never offered the rest of the week. Get the halva out every night!! :) In the hotel's defence, the sweet offerings are very good. Proper patisserie quality desserts, and such choice. Avoid the sandwich corner at the pool bar, might be ok for kids for a quick bite but they were just dry and tasteless with no filling. Much better options elsewhere. Drinks were just ok, house wine was drinkable, different cocktails every night, g&t and rum/coke etc all as expected,

Will start with the positives Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Animation team work hard. Life guards very good Great choice and quality of food Air con in bedroom great Stayed for just over a week. When we arrived the hotel was very busy and appeared to have been taken over by one nationality. Children running around everywhere! The pool area and pool were so busy it was difficult to get into the pool Very small children left in their own in the pool with no parents nearby. I witnessed several near drowning incidents. They were very rude. Would not follow the rules and at times I felt intimidated by the sheer number. When water polo started you had to get out of the pool as it was so very violent. Plenty of sun beds but very little shade so had to get up early to get an umbrella, No air con in the general areas apart from the American bar where I was charged £12.90 for a gin and tonic and a vodka and lemonade. I did know I had to pay in that bar but felt the prices were high. Last night ruined. Another couple sitting about allocated table, not a problem as would sit somewhere these. We were moved 3 times during the meal! Asked the outside waiter for drinks, 25 mins later he returned and said they had run out of glasses and it would be another 30 mins before we could have a drink! No music at all that evening, not even the CD they used to put on each night. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard. I have been coming to Tunisia for 30 years. Such as shame as it could be great.

Just got back from our stay and the hotel is honestly faultless. The staff cannot do enough for you, Ayoub is great at night by the pool bar, and all waiters in main restaurant are so attentive. Thanks to Mady and his animation team for making the stay so memorable, we had the pleasure of meeting their own Mr Bean who was one of the most comical people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. It really makes all the difference when the entertainment team actually take the time to get to know/talk to everyone. The guys in the snack bar again are brilliant, they always made sure they’d got a table made up ready for us (we were a party of 14) and always got our drinks ready. We went to the hotel’s spa twice during our stay and it was simply excellent, all of the staff had clearly been very highly trained and like all other staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive. The shop on site is very reasonably priced, and is great for snacks and souvenirs.
