I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

First time in Hangzhou . Shangri-La has never failed to impress me . Very accommodating. Location is very near to wulin night market . Would like to stay longer but had to catch next day flight . Only issue is not getting point for Shangri-La member ….

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The hotel is good looking, luxury feeling. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, a lot of nice restaurants, shops and nearby Westlake. If you like a busy area this is the perfect spot.

That’s very good room and service but staff can not speak english, cleaning staff so nice. On 10 floor still hear a bit traffic noise.

Oliver was supporting and directing foreigners all .. Hotel infrastructure is amazed with global concept .. Dining experience is amazing with varietys Stomach is small to eat all of them all was yummy It is close raffle city shopping mall and citizen center factory outlets And also light show in the evening 🌆 I recommend this hotel is for all age groups ..

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

I booked a loft family room in a hot spring hotel recommended in my book. It was more cost-effective for the whole family. A little accident happened on the way (there were a lot of bugs on the bed). I informed the front desk and they immediately changed my room (and upgraded it). I hope the hotel is hygienic. It's good to go to the hot springs when there aren't many people. Afternoon tea is also provided and there are more varieties. However, when I went there, I almost collected the meal and left after eating a few bites. I paid 168 for breakfast per person. To be honest, it's not worth it. At this price, the cute pet park is just for chickens, ducks and geese. It’s very simple. There are still many grass skaters. It’s 50 yuan. After arriving at the hotel twice, you can call a shuttle bus wherever you go. After you check out, the door post will give you two bottles of drinking water. When you check out, you find that you left something behind. I contacted the hotel and said it would be sent to me, but it has not been sent to me on the third day. I hope it will be sent to me as soon as possible. Overall, it is not bad.

This Hotel is really something special. It has the best location on West Lake and is set in the most beautiful ground. The staff went to extraordinary lengths to make this a fantastic experience. Liu and Chen from the concierge even used their own money to help us take out bikes around the lake and the kitchen prepared a special breakfast for the train.

This hotel is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. Finally I know what Platinum Diamond Hotel is called. Catering: Jinsha Restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant, offering all-you-can-eat golden-breasted pork (pictured below), Jinsha Chicken, Bamboo Soup, and Braised Abalone Pork. Even during the Chinese New Year, we couldn’t even get in line. Fortunately, the hotel gave priority to guests; we were given hawthorn cakes and nine-bend red plums while we were waiting. Breakfast is a buffet with noodles, braised pork, yogurt platter, hot orange juice, and a variety of exquisite snacks. Room: The bathroom is spacious and bright. There is a pack of dried chrysanthemums for bathing next to the bathtub. Shampoo and shower gel are all top brands. As a gift in the room, there is Gongyan Pu'er, which Emperor Qianlong drank. Service: Because it was off-season, the hotel gave children a free breakfast, upgraded the room type, and gave the children a special bear room card.
