I took my children out to play in the summer vacation. I booked a king-size room, which was upgraded to a deluxe king-size room for free after arriving at the hotel. The room is clean and warm, with a wide view and large space. The room comes with 2 breakfasts, and I applied for a breakfast for the children during the meal. The restaurant is on the top floor, and the dining environment is very comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic and always customer-centric, especially Manager Gao, who is amiable and makes us feel very warm and comfortable. After eating, we collected the garbage and prepared to throw it away, but we couldn't find the trash can. We asked a young lady waiter, but she was very unhappy. The son said: Our trash can is full, you can't throw it here. What I want to say is that even if I don’t clean it up, it should be fine if I put it on the table. How could I do this to a child? Although this hotel is quite far from the downtown area with not much to see in the surrounding areas, it’s conveniently right next to a subway station. My room was very clean and cozy. The service was good with easy check in and check out procedures.

The location is very convenient, opposite the Academy of Fine Arts, behind the snack street, a little far from the subway but also good, with an ironing room. If you book early, the price is more affordable, but the price increase is relatively large. I originally wanted to continue for one night. After seeing that the price is not cost-effective, I will change to other hotels around. The window of the room is small and faces the mezzanine space in a building. If the window is open, the sound of the guests in other rooms is more obvious. There was a smell in the room when I first checked in, and I couldn't tell whether it was the volatile building materials or the mezzanine musty smell or aroma. I can say that it really didn't smell very good. At 8 o'clock in the morning, I was noisy for more than an hour by the construction sound of I don't know where, but I was happy to watch the music festival the day before, so I chose love and peace. I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.
