Location was good. Stuff very friendly. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t fancy was the reusable slippers (although seemed like they were cleaned thoroughly tho). All in all nice place, will recommend.

The hotel was very pleasantly surprised at first sight. It is a hotel with the theme of Shiqi. The Chinese classical decoration style. The calligraphy and paintings can be seen everywhere on the wall. It feels unusual. The front desk staff is very good and polite. The rooms are very clean. What service staff is needed to send it as soon as possible. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich, everything is available, and the parking lot is also very large, parking is particularly convenient, and business trips are very good. The facilities and equipment can be seen to be well maintained. It is also very quiet when sleeping at night. It is a big praise for people who don't sleep well. YTT

The hotel brand was also recommended by a friend, who said that choosing Orange Hotel would ensure quality. The hotel facilities and rooms were indeed good, especially the hotel service lady, who had a very good attitude. Pretty nice hotel. Stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights. The price is amazing for what you get. Our room was extremely spacious with a huge bathroom and nice king-sized bed. There's plenty of storage space and even a small kitchen in the room. The location is alright, but we weren't trying to be close to the center of Hangzhou anyway, so it was okay for us. The front desk was fairly nice and accommodating. All in all, I would recommend!

A Japanese-style hotel with a high cost-effectiveness, strong sense of design, very spacious. The hotel has a direct elevator to the front desk, and there are many detailed designs inside. There are many photo-taking spots. There are also free Hanfu to try on, and there are exquisite accessories. The room is also very clean and large. The front desk service is also good and thoughtful. The actual room is the same as the pictures taken by the merchant. It is clean, big enough and has a refrigerator. The front desk and room customer service aunts are very welcoming, and the buffet breakfast is very good. There are robot services. It is only a few minutes away from the subway entrance. There are also bus stops and shared bicycles nearby, making travel convenient. The hotel lobby is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent, which is very considerate and thoughtful. Opposite the hotel is the restaurant street (Fireworks Wantang). Both adults and children are satisfied. The first restaurant in front of the hotel is called xx Dazui, and it tastes good.

When I come to Hangzhou for business, I basically choose to stay here ⭕Convenient location: It is a 5-minute walk from Wensan Road Subway Station of Line 19 and Line 10, and 4 subway stations from Hangzhou East Railway Station. It is suitable for customers like us who are on long-term business trips. ⭕Affordable price It is more suitable for our long-term business trip. ⭕The front desk staff have very good service and can communicate and solve problems in time.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

Great hotel with excellent facilities, only let down would be that there are not many English speakers and breakfast is only ok. Otherwise, rooms are spacious, clean, and have all your requirements from large screen tv with plenty of channels to rainfall shower, bamboo toothbrush to bathrobe.
