The Railway Hotel is next to Hangzhou City Station. It is very convenient to go anywhere by train and subway. The hotel is an old hotel with a classic decoration style. I stayed here alone. The single room is just the right size and has all the supplies and facilities. The hotel service staff are also very professional and the reception is warm.

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

After all, it is an old brand store, and the environment and services are good. There is only a small crack to open such a large glass, and there is no air conditioning now. It is a bit stuffy. The room also has a smell, but not big. Checked out at 12:00, it wasn’t time to leave yet, so I sat in the lobby and listened for a while, saying I couldn’t sleep.

The hotel is very close to the train station and West Lake. The location is good. The room is tidy and hygienic. The waiter saw me carrying items and immediately took the initiative to press the elevator. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location is very good and convenient for traveling. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, two-line transfer, the breakfast is very rich, the star rating of the hotel is right, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, the service in the restaurant is also very good, the taste of the dishes is okay, the air conditioning in the room It disappeared in the second half of the night. The ventilation is working. No matter you are hot or cold, this issue has been raised several times. There is a problem every time I check in. Everything else is very good.

The hotel is good looking, luxury feeling. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, a lot of nice restaurants, shops and nearby Westlake. If you like a busy area this is the perfect spot.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

Hygiene: The newly opened sanitation is okay, and the dead corner of the sanitation needs to be paid attention to ⚠️, the ground behind the door, the floor of the shower room. Environment: Opposite Zhejiang Second Hospital, not far from the West Lake Scenic Area, convenient taxi, nearby, eating, drinking and playing. Service: At the time of check -in

The price is cheap, the environment is good, and the location is good. It's near Hu Xueyan, and it's on a lively ancient street. But the main thing I recommend is their service. The store manager and the little sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Ask them many things, and they will try their best to help. I will also work hard to recommend them to others.
