I booked a hotel after a night trip to Wulin Pier. It took ten minutes to share a bicycle and the starting price of a taxi. Breakfast is 68 full price for a child over 1.2 meters tall. Thank you to the front desk for sending the children's breakfast. The baby in the bathtub loves it and can watch TV while washing. It's been too hot in Hangzhou these days. As a result, I couldn't sleep well without air conditioning. I am very satisfied with the service and feel very safe. Radisson is really nice.

The front desk service staff小鲍 was very helpful! We checked in almost 11ish at night. He was patient and gave us additional amenities as housekeeping was already closed for the night. Breakfast spread is wide. There's a 'live' noodle station. Nothing like freshly cooked hot noodles with wanton. Good spread of greens fresh salad and fruits with other Chinese hot items. Convenient location. There's 1 nice restaurant just 1 min down the road that serves till late. Their 'dongpuo' braise pork roast is really good. Another seafood noodles & porridge restaurant next door is great too. On the same row is a Lawson supermarket. Very convenient. InTime shopping centre is within walking distance. Wulin Square is a little further down the road. So is the metro station.

the aircon in our room was very warm during our stay. we called the hotel reception to fix it but they cannot do anything about it as its centrally controlled. otherwise location is good and convenient as it is located near the subway station. staff are helpful and friendly but I really cannot stand the warm temperature in the room. I will not come back again as my sleep was disrupted by the warm temperature every night.

• Environment: The room is 7-shaped, the space is relatively small, the floor height is relatively short, and the living is a bit depressed. It is not recommended to live in this room more than 1.7 meters (other room types should not be so short). One of the surprises is the ”cross” balcony area, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, small tables, tea trays and so on. Although the space is not large, it is quite pleasant to sit there and drink tea and coffee against the floor-to-ceiling windows. • Hygiene: The bed is a single bed of 1.35 meters. There is a reminder at the front desk when you check in. The bed is very soft, but the sheets and pillowcases are a bit stained. If it is changed, it is really not clean. • Facilities: Toiletries are very complete, toothbrushes are very good, not as hard as some hotels, and small soap. The shower and the toilet are separated by a curtain, but the curtain is a little short to block the water. After the shower, the toilet area outside the shower also gathered a large pool of water. It was not dry all night, and I almost slipped in the toilet in the middle of the night. • Service: Breakfast is provided, not many categories, but there are some, it is OK. • Other: I can listen to the continuous snoring all night, a bit similar to the sound of the computer room or air conditioner, not very loud, but it is still a bit troublesome for people with insomnia. There was still the sound of excavator work near around 3:40 in the middle of the night, which lasted for about 5 minutes, and dug for a few minutes around 4:50, and then started digging again at 6:20. In short, I didn't sleep well all night.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The rooms are neat and clean. It's just that ”there is gold and jade on the outside, but ruins and lint on the inside.” The front desk knew that there was no air conditioning that night and did not tell me before I checked in. The room temperature was over 28 degrees all night, which made me unable to sleep all night. I argued with their front desk, and he said it was impossible to check out, and he only gave me a fan to solve the problem. The fan still cannot rotate. ”Let me call the sky not to respond and the earth not to hear it.” In the end, I had to endure it silently, which hurt my body and mind. What surprised me the most was that Trip.com was not notified that there was a problem with the hotel's air conditioning and was unable to convey it to me. It's really puzzling.

The room is quite big, with a bathtub, which the kids like very much. The surrounding area is also very prosperous, with convenient transportation. The service attitude is very good. When you get off the car, someone will help you carry the suitcase. I praise the front desk Xiao Fu and the night shift room attendant Chen Shuxia. There are robots delivering things, which is fun. I originally wanted to stay for two days, but I stayed for two more days. The only problem is that there was an alarm at 4:10 am on the first night, which woke us up. I guess it was set by the previous person.

Amazing hotel! Great location, great staff, very helpful. The rooms are amazing, huge, and clean. The bathrooms are magnificent, although the jacuzzi automatically turning off the bathroom lights and turning on the colorful strobing light show is a little tacky, it's still highly enjoyable. The only thing that I would recommend improving is the laundry room. They only have 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer. I couldn't wash my clothes because these machines were always busy...

來了很多次了，非常值得住的青旅。因為實習工作經常出外勤，每次回杭州公司都住這邊。 先説優點 位置非常好，離地鐵站很近，而且離西湖也很近，雖然我不是來玩的，但是西湖很近就可以隨便遛過去。去西湖隨便遛遛的幸福感不是哪裡都有。 整個青旅感覺很正規很乾凈。而且公共大廳很寬敞，可以安安靜靜看電腦看視頻，窗外風景也真的很好很好。 房間裏也有廁所和洗澡間對女生確實比較方便。 也有缺點 房間內有廁所和洗澡間這個事兒，如果室友用的比較晚，睡覺容易被打擾，可能反而房間沒衞生間的更安靜，但是進出開關門也會有點動靜。我睡着就啥也聽不見，就無所謂。 洗漱用品要自己買或者自己帶。但是他們店家也有賣的，價格還挺良心的。 反正像我們這種老是出外勤，時間不定地點不定隨時隨地出差的見習，在杭州根本住不了幾天，租房太虧，酒店太貴。如果你們也跟我一樣，就住青旅吧，認真推薦。
