As you mentioned, Lianyu Hotel is located in Quyuan Fenghe, one of the ten scenic spots in the West Lake. It is only one step away from the West Lake, close to Yanggong Embankment, and only takes less than ten minutes to walk to the Yuemiao Temple. This location undoubtedly provides guests with great benefits. Convenience and wonderful natural scenery to enjoy. However, we are deeply sorry for the room facilities and cleanliness you mentioned, especially the moth and fly issues. This is completely inconsistent with our commitment to quality.
