The hotel facilities are so poor. I took my children to Hangzhou for a week and booked this hotel for three days. The air conditioner made the same sound as driving a tractor. I changed rooms and the TV didn't work. I asked the front desk clerk and asked me to find the aunt in the room. The aunt in the guest room also said I didn't know and I should talk to the boss. I left my bath towel and my child's pants in the hotel and said they threw them away. I was speechless. I booked it for three days and canceled it after one day. I just changed hotels.
