Very very good location hotel. Xihu is just behind of the hotel. Shopping area in 77 are located just beside the hotel. A lots of shops to eat. 杭州酒家restaurant is located on the roght side of the hotel.

A very good location to westlake. Good service and spacious room. Room come with very detailed features eg umbrella.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Ren He Hotel. Large and spacious rooms for 4 adults overlooking Xi Lake and nearby many popular food spots and stores in a very busy tourist area. Breakfast buffet was high quality with many options. Staff were friendly and hospitable and helped us with where to explore in the area. High recommend and would book again if we ever visit Hangzhou. 👍

Very good location and ideal for both business and family travellers. Breakfast can be better, and smoking in hotel should be prohibited.

We arrived there around 8 o’clock in the morning, knowing that it’s not check-in time until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. We appreciated they let us keep the luggage. And we were told that the room would be ready around noon. However, even though we got back to the hotel after 2 o’clock in the afternoon, the room was still not ready. We needed to wait for over 30 minutes. Another day, after we went out and got back to the room, it was like half-cleaned and half-tidied. Anyway, things we like about this hotel are the location and giveaway bottled water at the elevator waiting area. It’s so close to the West Lake. And the reception staff are helpful.

Nice environment,neatly Xihu . Location in in77 shopping and alot shop.easy for family member free n easy. Breakfast good taste,but sometimes the coffee machine having problem. All is good,room was clean n comfortable.very enjoy at ren he hotel.

The room is nice and big with West Lake view. Many restaurants and shopping center near the hotel are within walking distance. Easy access to West lake and scenic area. Great location, friendly staff and good hotel services

Downstairs has a nice bun shop and hangzhou restraunt. Very near the lake with pavilion and metro. There is a tour counter which offer some great deals. Stayed at lvl 3 can hear downstairs pp talking. But love the free flow bottled water.

Location very convenience, many shop around this area and also near to 西湖. Customer service very good. Only thing is the laundry room is too small and only one machine provided, we have no chance to use.

Excellent Location. Just right beside west lake. This hotel allow late check if book via trip. Worth to have a staycation here.
