Very clean. 5 star hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. Location is in the cbd area. Very convenient to take didi anywhere.

Customer service manager jessie provided great service with hospitality style, the room is perfect, facility are great and new.

Perfect hotel

I had a great weekend here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is beautiful and so very clean and they had actually western breakfast which was great. I would high recommend.

This hotel is great! The service was fantastic and check in was easy - highly recommend as a foreigner. Special shout out to Micky who was very helpful and friendly! We had dinner at the evening buffet and the food and service was awesome. Couldn’t stop eating! The room was clean and spacious and we had a nice high room on the 28th floor with a lovely view. Also a treat to have a bath. The breakfast buffet was great with a load of choice. Overall I couldn’t fault it, every staff member was very friendly and kind, all amenities were great. Would recommend to anyone coming to Hangzhou. You get a lot for the price!

First and foremost, 宫可欣The service is very good. She’s so kind and professional. Helped me decorate the room for my birthday. She Kept in communication with me about details 1 week before my arrival & very trustworthy. Secondly, I’m so in love with this hotel, it’s very modern, very clean, stylish & the rooms are big enough. It’s my second stay & I would stay here all over again & again. I’m treated like a Princess 👑. Whole staff at this hotel is very professional, polite & very helpful, always covered with smiles. For me, honestly I’m very satisfied with everything. I have no complaints at all. The assistant manager too is so kind, I had some personal troubles and she was quick to find a solution which made me so happy & lightened. The valet/ door attendants are also very helpful. Five stars .

Very grand hotel. Worth the money and must stay.

The hotel was generally great and staff very helpful. The room we choose was very spacious and had a large bathroom and bath. The only downside was the bath had a leak and was soaking the floor each time we used it. They did offer to move rooms but it seemed a lot of hassle with a kid! The facilities were great - the pool was nice and the kids pool was great. The kids play area was also decent and clean for a short playtime. The location was fine for us and very near Hangzhou South Station which was less busy than the main station. Staff were generally very helpful, although communication in English was challenging at times.

Nice but breakfast need to add some choices for foreigners
