Good location, can reach downtown, 10 min walking. Hotel room clean and nice. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Hotel location is very good, near many nice places. Staff is polite. The only thing was that some guest smokes on the corridors, cigarette smell wasn’t very pleasant as a non smoker

The staff at the front desk (The girl name Blue) are very helpful. Hotel is clean and have a good location. Hotel do provide umbrella, it is very useful for us when we go Xihu because of the hot sun. Breakfast is good. I like the Jasmine milk tea and yogurt.

Huge and clean hotel. Facilities are great, staff are friendly. Reasonable pricing . Will definitely book here again for my next trip.

This hotel was an absolute GEM! We live in Hangzhou but like to stay at hotels in the city for fun sometimes. We have paid much more for not as good. Wonderful hotel all around. Loved the room and when we wanted more water you call and a robot comes to the door. Location was excellent and we walked many places. Oh the gym is like a REAL gym that others pay for. It is very big with tons of equipment and was empty every time we went. It is true the showers are gross but we were happy to use the one in our room. We never tried the breakfast because it wasn't included with our room price. Great value and will definitely return.

Great hotel! Helpful staff

This hotel really refreshed my worldview. I have never stayed in a hotel with such good service. Xiao Hai in the restaurant, Master Wei at the doorman, everyone in the hotel is so nice, patient in explanation, very attentive to details, they can even dry your clothes and hang them in the room after washing them. At night, I wanted to find a printing shop and the front desk lady actually took me out to find one, and also gave me various coupons, fruits, and great breakfast. The room type was upgraded twice, and they were very considerate. I can't say it, everything is so good!!!

This stay was very satisfying ~ highly recommended! The Xingdu Ambassador was very friendly and took us to the room, and sent us fruits and drinks, which was great! I was deeply moved by the good service of the housekeeper Xiaowei and Xiaohai from the breakfast department, and I give a thumbs up

The hotel is very cost-effective. The service at the front desk is superb. Check-in is very fast. We arranged a room in Chaoyang. It's a pity that it rained these days, but it didn't affect the stay experience. The breakfast was very rich. When they heard that it was inconvenient for us to eat when we were out, they packed it for us. I like the waiter in Figure 4. The security guard took the initiative to open the door when it rained. The service of the whole hotel is very good. I will book again next time

Located in the center of Hangzhou, the facilities are far superior to those of ordinary four-star hotels. The rooms are large and clean. The biggest feature of the hotel is the considerate and thoughtful service, from the reception to the front desk, and the room service, which is enthusiastic and proactive, and you can see that it is the kind of sincerity from the heart. I feel that the atmosphere of the entire hotel management team is very good. In terms of catering, the breakfast is relatively rich, with special mixed noodles, wontons, and egg pancakes. The most important thing is that many of them are made on the spot, unlike some hotels that take pre-made snacks and so on to heat them up. Manager Xiaohai of the catering department is very enthusiastic and diligent. He recommended the Yunhe Restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel. The recommended dishes are very good and not expensive. The price is similar to that of similar restaurants in Hangzhou, and the dishes are also relatively large. Dongpo pork and beggar chicken taste very authentic. The average consumption per person is about 80 yuan. After a tiring journey, it is not like queuing outside. It is very good to eat directly in the Yunhe Restaurant. I hope that Xingdu Hotel will get better and better
