Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel Reviews

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The room we stayed in was large and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Although almost no one spoke English, we managed to communicate using a phone translator. We requested laundry service, and they were very quick to return our clean clothes within a few hours. The breakfast was very varied and good.

Good location, can reach downtown, 10 min walking. Hotel room clean and nice. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Hotel location is very good, near many nice places. Staff is polite. The only thing was that some guest smokes on the corridors, cigarette smell wasn’t very pleasant as a non smoker

The staff at the front desk (The girl name Blue) are very helpful. Hotel is clean and have a good location. Hotel do provide umbrella, it is very useful for us when we go Xihu because of the hot sun. Breakfast is good. I like the Jasmine milk tea and yogurt.

Huge and clean hotel. Facilities are great, staff are friendly. Reasonable pricing . Will definitely book here again for my next trip.

This hotel was an absolute GEM! We live in Hangzhou but like to stay at hotels in the city for fun sometimes. We have paid much more for not as good. Wonderful hotel all around. Loved the room and when we wanted more water you call and a robot comes to the door. Location was excellent and we walked many places. Oh the gym is like a REAL gym that others pay for. It is very big with tons of equipment and was empty every time we went. It is true the showers are gross but we were happy to use the one in our room. We never tried the breakfast because it wasn't included with our room price. Great value and will definitely return.

Great hotel! Helpful staff

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to ride a shared bicycle to Wulin Square and West Lake. It is very convenient to travel. The parent-child room is very beautifully decorated, large in size, and equipped with many children's facilities. During the stay, the Hangzhou Marathon was held. The hotel was able to open breakfast in advance, provide energy bowls and electrolyte water, and a special car for running, which shows the service. I packed the complimentary coffee when I left, and the experience was very good. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts and good taste. The only drawback is that there is only one coffee machine, and there will be many people queuing during peak meal times.

I stayed here for three days when I came to Hangzhou for tourism. The hotel room was spacious, the room lighting was comfortable and clean, and we received welcome fruit on the first day. The hotel buffet was rich and varied, and the salads were fresh. The restaurant manager Xiaohai knew that we were traveling from other places and was very warm and thoughtful. He ordered Hangzhou delicacies, steamed buns, beef patties and seafood porridge for us. We ate well and slept well here, which made us feel the warmth of Hangzhou during the trip. There is a subway near the hotel for convenient travel. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Hangzhou. Due to the flight delay, the hotel provided us with a delayed check-out service. Thumbs up👍
