I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The room was very clean. The kids really like the robot waiter. So cute. There are also tea sets and the tea provided is also very good. The front desk service is super good. Only 1 lift in the hotel. Some room are location very far away from the lift. Old facilities inside the room. Poor maintenance. Room make up upon request with the front desk, but they only clean the room bedsheets did not change.. front desk is nice and very helpful. A big group stay during my check in time, breakfast finished but some did not refill. Breakfast time is from 730 until 930, i reached at 8am most of the food is finished, refill later but only a part of it.

I basically live in this hotel when I go to Hangzhou, with good facilities and good service attitude. The best is the restaurant, which is cheaper than the outside restaurant and tastes great. Recommend Xihucuyu, it tastes better than many big restaurants. The hotel is not far from Hefang Street and West Lake, it is only a 20-minute walk away. The parking space is tight during meal time, and there is still enough parking space for meals.

Students who have requirements for quietness and hygiene are advised not to step into the trap. I told them before I checked in that I needed quiet to catch up on some sleep. If it wasn't quiet, I chose not to check in in advance. The front desk said it must be quiet, but at 6 o'clock the next day, people started smashing walls and cementing outside, and the headboard of the bed was vibrating. Moreover: the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was stained by the previous customer and was sticky. The cleaning staff didn't even wash the bottle. The wall was still soapy after being rinsed with water. We originally booked two nights, but decisively gave up on the second night. I listened to two recordings from the front desk, but the front desk didn't even apologize.

However, the hotel showed its age with dim corridors and a very distinctive smell of insect repellent, typical for aged hotels. Breakfast buffet is simple traditional Chinese breakfast with a small selection of porridge, steam bun, corn, fried rice, quite satisfying if you are familiar with this kind of breakfast.

The room is very nice, I really like it. The sister in the room is really considerate. Her pants were accidentally scratched when she was traveling. One sister in the room asked for a sewing bag, but she was very enthusiastic and helped me sew the clothes directly. It was really considerate. Although she traveled far away from home, this hotel felt very family like and left a deep impression on me. I don't know the name of this sister, but I still want to say thank you, I am also very grateful to Anding Luyaduo for cultivating such a service staff. This hotel is conveniently located. There are all kinds of stores and restaurants as soon as as you walk out of the hotel. Best of all its less than 10 minutes from West Lake. Breakfast is quite decent as well. Staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. What was impressive was that I watched a security guard help some hotel guests clean out what I suspect was some kind of spillage in the trunk of their car. Overall, very clean, great staff and amazing value. I only gave 3 stars for service instead of 5 because people claim to work for the hotel offered a ride service for 240-300 RMB to drive us around the lake and take us to the best tourist spots. Anywhere we wanted for 3-4 hours. Free to go as we please. So my wife agreed. The reality was that he took us to one tourist spot. The rest were junk shops to sell overpriced tea, silk and other things. After the silk store we told we wanted to go to a specific tourist location and he said they were fake or didn't exist anymore. When he realized we weren't interested in buying anything he found the first available spot and tossed us to the curb. He wasted our day which caused us to book an extra day to go back to all the spots we were supposed to see.

Half a month in Hangzhou, I have experienced many youth travels. To be honest, Yijiangyan has really impressed me. I have lived in 6-7 near the second hospital of Zhejiang Medical Hospital. Yijiangyan is the only one that provides guest toiletries and separate bath towels, and the toiletries are of star hotel quality. The sheets and quilts are very clean, Samsung hotel level, snow white, no smell, no dirty marks. This is the cleanest one I have ever stayed in. The bedding is equipped with log-style bunk beds, and the overall style is relatively refreshing. I live in a quadruple room, the room is relatively compact, the bathroom, sink, shower is separate, which may affect the people next to the lower bunk. The hotel is located on Zhongshan Middle Road, opposite the mutton soup shop, the business is hot, the hotel is quiet. From the hotel to the West Lake, it takes about 10 minutes to ride. The front desk service lady is also better. Overall recommendation, I hope to maintain quality.
