This is our second time at the Juntels. We like the location (just above Powerlong Mall) and proximity of the subway station. The room was clean and beds were comfortabel as before. The breakfast options seemed to have improved: more (Western) choice than last time but it could also be our previous visit was during CoVid. In summary: we enjoyed our stay at the Juntels and would recommend them for your visit.

I checked into the room I booked a week before May Day. Three days before I checked in, I saw that the room price had increased. When I saw that my order was still at the original price, I instantly felt good. I got a great deal. The location is good and very close to the subway station. I will stay in the area next time. this home

A very heartwarming stay experience! The hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the restaurant, are all very nice. Before check-in, the hotel called to confirm the arrival time, and prepared room upgrades and fruits in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would upgrade to a river view room for free, which was an unexpected surprise! The room is large, the bed is big, the bedding is very comfortable, the bed is just right in softness and hardness, the pillows and quilts are very comfortable, the room temperature is also suitable, and the hot water pressure is high. The hotel's breakfast was good, exquisite, complete in variety, and delicious. After I inquired about the price of additional breakfast, the restaurant staff informed me that I would receive a free breakfast in the room the next day, which was very considerate and touching. The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to the greenway along the Qiantang River for sightseeing or jogging. There are two subway stations nearby. Next to the hotel is a commercial street with supermarkets, Starbucks and restaurants. It is not far from West Lake and Intime by taxi. A very satisfying stay. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go to Hangzhou.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

A very satisfying stay experience! The hotel is located close to Puyan Station of Metro No. 4, about a few hundred meters from the subway entrance. It is also convenient to eat on Dongguan Road nearby. The guy at the front desk answered all my questions and was really enthusiastic. He went here because of the decoration style. The decoration of the hotel is indeed very trendy. The room is large and cozy, with a TV, air conditioner, small refrigerator, etc. It is very convenient. Say hello to Xiaoxi and turn on the lights, and you no longer have to worry about finding the switch haha~ The room is also very clean, and the bed is neatly made. The bathroom is also a smart toilet, and the shower head has great water pressure, making bathing very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is also rich, with fruits and vegetables, as well as Chinese and Western breakfasts. I highly recommend not to miss their breakfast when staying in this hotel!

Overall it is good, economical, and the toilet is automatic. Although the breakfast is very simple, the service is very good. I can't eat spicy pickles, so I can get me a non-spicy side dish, which is very good. There is a big terrace and a small gym on the 4th floor. Overall I feel good, will stay next time.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
