Great place! We felt very welcomed there, every moment from check in till check out! Small details: special omelette from the restaurant during buffet breakfast, welcome fruit basket in the room, help with ordering the tickets for the many entertainment facilities by the hotel! Amazing location for family get away with young kids! Water world, amusement park, hot spring are all within the hotel area, don’t miss the buffet dinner! Thank you for wonderful summer fun! And all the staff at the Water Park are super helpful and friendly!

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

After the telephone consultation, the first reservation was the newly renovated room in the VIP building. Unexpectedly, the room had a strong decoration smell, and the husband's nose was allergic. After learning about the situation, Xiaoye at the front desk helped unsubscribe the original room and accompanied him to see the deluxe room in Yibin Building. Although facing the main road, the double-layer windows effectively block the noise and do not affect sleep at all. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned, but it is not as unbearable as some comments say, and the maintenance is not bad. Thanks to Xiaoye for his quick and thoughtful handling of the problem, which made our first day of travel sleep soundly and perfect. The hotel's Chinese restaurant tastes good, the price is close to the people, great.

Went to check in at noon. There was no one at the gate. I took my baby and stood at the front desk for a minute or two. No one paid any attention. There were three people at the front desk! (A lady and two men) Later, I asked myself about the poor check-in experience. The Peppa pig family in the parent-child room is dirty. It is recommended to clean and check in. We send welcome fruits and baby toys to the staff and restaurant staff we met in the afternoon and evening. The staff are pretty good (a young lady at the front desk is a bit fleshy (not offensive), the service with glasses is very good and the polite boss should add chicken legs!) The hotel was renovated in 2017, so the facilities and equipment are relatively old Generally speaking, I will not choose here next time. The above personal feelings are for reference only

whenever I am in Hangzhou -Xiaoshan, I choose this hotel to stay in, Nice staff, good service, and great breakfast. It is very near to the subway station and also very near to a big shopping mall, Price is very good. Last time I used the Pool which was a bit old, but very nice, especially in the evening after you are off duty. there is also a rooftop Coffee shop in the last floor. I found out that many Flight attendants are staying in this hotel. We have booked two rooms and extended for more days.
