Fanyun Xixi is more like a landscape located in Xixi Wetland, very beautiful. Comfortable and clean accommodation, good scenery and convenient travel are the most important things I value when choosing a hotel for vacation. The service is great and warm. I plan to take my family there again next week. The shower is not constant temperature, it would be better if it is renovated.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

After all, the hotel is in the scenic area, and the Xixi environment is nothing to say, but it takes about five minutes to walk to the scenic spot and the cafeteria from the location of the Lihuawu room where you live. There is no choice for dinner. Only the canteen has Chinese food to sit down. A portion of tomato and egg noodles is 68, and there are hundreds of small stir-fries with some meat. There is a small shop next to it called the Late Night Canteen. There are wontons, chicken feet, and beef patties. Each serving is 28 or 38. You can eat it at a cafe 20 meters away. The types of breakfast are quite plentiful, but the quality and service attitude are not comparable to those of star-rated hotels outside. Because of the ecological environment, the room resembles a cabin in the forest. It looks clean and hygienic on the surface, but there are some dead spots in hygiene, such as bugs that are not swept under the wooden pillars, and the carpets are not very clean. But the room facilities are complete, smart toilet, Dyson, and Gelubai mouthwash are very considerate. The only thing that doesn’t work is that the bathtub in the room didn’t produce hot water and there was no shower, so it could only boil water.

The hotel is high-end with beautiful waterscape. The hotel has a pier that leads directly to the hinterland of Xixi Wetland. It is a perfect and worry-free trip to appreciate the beauty of Xixi and the beauty of Xixi. The hotel has new facilities and rich breakfast. Longjing dry tea is very considerately prepared for brewing. Especially after breakfast, brew a cup of Longjing, sit leisurely by the waterside pavilion of the hotel (Figure 9), and be in a daze and blow the wind. The hotel also has a thatched pavilion with a unique shape and a protruding corner. It has an eight-person table built in, where two or three people can drink tea and chat. It is a good place to go (Figure 7, Figure 8)!

Yesterday I didn’t figure it out that it was a drama. I thought it was not worth it to dance for a few hundred, so I didn’t buy the whole family ticket to watch it together. The room is big enough, the first floor is equivalent to a detached house, and it feels good. The area of the house is about 40 square meters, which is big enough. The interior decoration is simple, but the wall is too simple. Would it be better to repaint the wall? I feel that the sense of grade can be improved a lot. The bathtub is very big, I like it, and the children like it very much. However, the flap of the toilet is not too damped, and you will be shocked after using the flap of the toilet. The service attitude of the customer service staff is still good. After all, it is a mature hotel. It is impossible to have to fight the service attitude with the 5-star lobby manager. Breakfast for one person the next day, the amount is not much but there are still many varieties, you can eat enough, and the taste is also OK. I like the taste of the black tea in the set menu. It was a very satisfying trip. I booked a Ctrip package, which included two tickets to Xixi Wetland for one night. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for travel. I recommend staying there if you are visiting nearby. The room has a persimmon theme, which is very unique, and the pillows are particularly cute. The room is larger than expected, and drinks (Cola, Sprite, etc., soda lovers are ecstatic) and ear-hanging coffee are also provided. I didn’t eat breakfast because I got up late. I’ll try it out next time.

The check-in experience is quite good. The lobby manager, Manager Gu, saw us take the initiative to ask if we were here for tourism. He could tell us about the current travel restrictions in Hangzhou and the places to visit around. It is a very nice hotel. This is an excellent hotel when visiting Xixi wetlands area. Breakfast is mostly Chinese buffet but does include Western cereal, coffee and toast. There are no knives and forks except for the kiddies set, which works for speaking butter. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the head manager. The rooms have a great view and third floor rooms have a balcony. This is a wonderful place to sit and listening to the birds.

Near the parking lot of Xixi Wetland Hongyuan, the surrounding environment is very good! The appearance of the homestay is simple and hygienic. The garden tables and chairs are cleaned. The rooms are stylish and simple, but in order to pursue beauty, a lot of practical facilities are sacrificed. For example, there are no chairs in the room and no hooks in the bathroom (this is probably the common problem of most homestays now), Very inconvenient! The aunt at the front desk was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious, but the surrounding restaurants chose small noodles. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the small balcony sofa enjoying the fresh spring air. We took full advantage of the executive lounge which was a little small compared to other hotels I've stayed in, it was also a little noisy with some guests watching videos on their phones without earphones. The lounge itself was nice enough with the option of sitting outside on the small balcony. We also spent a long time at the pool which was rather cold, but indoor pools in China never seem to be heated adequately. The spa facilities were nice with a warm plunge pool and sauna. Overall a really pleased stay nestled on the edge of Xixi wetlands. The ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely. A really nice and relaxing stay.

A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.
