Worst experience in a hotel in my life. Due to an IT mistake, there were two identical reservations- same person, same number of nights- done with 10 minutes of difference. For the first one I did not receive confirmation. The hotel ensured me next morning there was only one reservation and I got invoice for one reservation. When I looked at my card payment I saw I had paid two rooms. There is of course a misalignment between invoices and money paid. I have been trying to solve this problem for 4 months. No response. Issues like this can happen, what matters is how we are resolving this issue. This is completely unprofessional and for this reason I cannot recommend the hotel. They are making me pay twice for a room and they are not even providing invoice. Not professional and not acceptable.

It is not recommended to stay at this hotel. The location is opposite the railway station and the transportation is convenient. But this advantage is not enough to conceal its shortcomings: 1. Outdated facilities, the sofa springs up. 2. The design of the bathroom is flawed and water splashes everywhere. 3. Individual service staff lack courtesy.

The hotel faces the street, the location is superior, there are many restaurants, shopping malls and so on around. There is no parking lot. The front desk staff of the hotel will suggest where to park. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. During the epidemic, breakfast is not a buffet, it is relatively simple to be delivered to the table by the service staff

Just beside the Hannover Main Station, the rooms are very good, the price is excellent, the breakfast is exquisite and worth recommending.

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet und ist interessant in ein Bestandsgebäude integriert. Es gibt gefühlt längere Wege, das alles über das rund gestaltete Zentrum läuft. Hier fi der sich auch ein kleiner SB Shop der von Getränke über Chips bis hin zum Ladekabel ein gutes Angebot hat. Direkt nebenan hat es aber auch einen City Rewe (09-2022). Das Essen war gut, auch während der Tagung und der Service war freundlich. Neben einem interessanten Pausenraum mit alten Maschinen kann man auch den sehr nahen großen Parkt zum Wald and Talk oder zum entspannten laufen nutzen.

I have been staying in this hotel several times earlier this year and was always satisfied. Is a little ”vintage” but there are rooms with balcony for relatively small money. Now in times of the virus (beginning July) the reception was only occupied from 10 to 16:00, you entered the hotel thanks to an extra travelled staff (it was required Call and tell when to get in) through a side entrance (the main entrance was closed with grids) and allowed to carry his bag through a not very nice staircase as the driving chair was disabled. Hotel bar and breakfast room closed. All in all a little unseemable. I hope they will be ”rebelling” again and well through these times, then I would look at it again.

The check-in was very friendly and there were apples and refreshments in the lobby. Also there are only positive reports on the shuttle service to the airport, timely and helpful. I would have expected more from the room. It is tasteful and practically furnished and very spacious and absolutely clean. However, I wonder why there is no ”light” light. The lamps in the room only throw dark indirect light. It was not possible to light the room. That was very well hit the mind. The switch between night-lamp and reading lamp was defect, so not at all, only the inner life was visible, which I think is dangerous. Although Leonardo casts with sound-isolated windows. I could not see any difference to normal glass windows and it was incredibly noisy in the night. Furthermore, the brightness came so that we can hear the TV, toilet noise etc. of the neighbouring rooms well. A water cooker as shown in the room description did not exist with us. Only a capsule machine was available. This was why we had to prepare the water for our tea and thus tasted the tea for coffee. Also very bad that no sustainability is being considered and actually coffee capsules are still offered. For one night to get to the airport, it's OK. I can't recommend a longer stay.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel just one night (22nd to 23th july). The hotel looks new, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly, pretty standard. However I have to share here a very terrifying experience that we had. About 05:45 am, when we were still slepping, a strange guy entered into our room. He was completely disoriented, didn't had an alcoholic smell but might be on *****. My husband screamed at him to get out of our room, but he didn't move, just when I said that he was in the wrong room he seemed to understand, than my husband pushed him out of the room and closed the door. Later in the morning my husband checked on how hard you have to push the door in order to close it, he concluded that you have to make an extra push until you hear the very last click of the lock. It is very easy to be tricked by the door. Thank God, it was not really serious but very terrifying. I know that I can't blame the hotel, but I would like to share to warn future guests to double check the door lock. I could swear that my door was closed and apparently it wasn't.

The hotel set during the Euro Tier exhibition is very close to Hanover Central Station. In fact, it takes about 800 meters to walk from the back door of the station. The stone road along the way is a little hard to drag the luggage. The road is slightly dark at night, so you should pay attention to it alone. The price during the exhibition can't be said. It is booked more than half a month in advance. The big bed room with early and city tax has been close to RMB 3,300 a night. Fortunately, probably because it is a member, the hotel directly upgraded me to the corner room. The room is too big to be spectrum, and there is a small balcony. For the business trip party that leaves early and returns late, it is simply wasteful. The bathroom is quite strange, divided into two rooms, a toilet and a small washbasin, a bathtub and a large washbasin, there are also doors, wake up in the middle of the night, a little awkward, easy to open the wrong door. Breakfast was good and the waiters were generally friendly.

One of the best hotels in Hanover, the environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, the train station is at the door, the shopping is convenient, the supermarket and the shopping mall are just a few steps, the breakfast is unexpectedly good. Will choose to stay next time
