It’s a cool design hotel! We appreciate all facilities, amenities and details. Staffs are friendly. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay here whenever they happen to be in Hanoi.

Perfect location in old city with everything downstairs, it’s not at the main street which is great as it’s more quite even in the crowd. The room and building are stylish, hotel staff are nice.

The room was a little small, but the price and location were perfect. The interior of the rooms and lobby was very nicely decorated. Also, since the price was reasonable, I was worried about the cleanliness of the bathroom, but I was relieved to find that it was very clean. I would like to stay here again if I come to Hanoi.

The hotel is in a secret location, but right outside the bar street is very convenient. The front desk staff speak English very well. This time I stayed in the Lake View room on the 8th floor. Compared to the noise on the first floor, the room was very quiet and I could rest comfortably. The decoration and environment are very good, you can choose to have breakfast in the room, and you will choose to stay in Hanoi later👍

The location was good and it was quiet, but the room was small, and the air conditioner was weak, so it was very hot. Other than that, it was nice that they treated me kindly.

This hotel is a gem! It is such a special construction and very cleverly designed. Because of this construction you are hardly bothered by your neighbors. In addition, it is beautiful and stylish. Very clean and the location is fantastic. Right in the heart and in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. In a small back street where there is no traffic. Noise and music during the day, quiet at night. But what makes this place completely special are the people who work there! They are so special ! I was traveling alone And had an small accident during my stay . They took great care of me . All of them ! The owner , the manager ,the staff ,the housekeeping! And especially very grateful for Nhi and Lee, They took care of me for 9 days. The help was more than I could have ever wished for .They are my life savers!!!

My stay at concon house in hoan kiem Old Quarter hanoi, has been perfect. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfectly designed all the decorations are so tasteful and the rooms have been designed so they do not feel small - all sheets and towels were lovely fresh clean cotton which were replaced during my stay without me requesting which I appreciated. Considering the busy streets below, the rooms were silent - staff are super responsive to help when your at concon and again over WhatsApp . The rooms look exactly like their stock images with beautiful wooden floors. Loved this place so much I’m returning in a few days time. Thank you concon house

Good, clean accommodation. Right in the Old Quarter. Everything is within easy walking distance. Staff at ConCon House will give you tips on where to eat well and cheaply. We were travelling as a couple and can recommend this accommodation.

I stayed here on my first trip to Hanoi. There are a lot of hotels in the old town, all of which are cheap and have a good atmosphere, so I had a hard time deciding which one to choose, but from what I saw in the photos, it looked like a very stylish hotel, so I decided on this one. I actually stayed at this hotel and it was a really nice hotel. The owner's taste is wonderful, and even though it's calm, you can feel the attention to detail. Not only is the interior and accessories wonderful, but the architecture is also wonderful. Who designed the building? It's the best. The room was compact, but it was sufficient as I was traveling alone. All the staff were kind and gave us lots of recommended shops and restaurants. I also felt a high level of hospitality as they contacted the store and told the motorbike driver where I was going. All staff are fluent in English. I reserved a room on a high floor. Although I couldn't see Hoan Kiem Lake, I was able to enjoy the cityscape of Hanoi. I was able to enjoy a quiet view of the crowded old town from above, and the hustle and bustle seemed to be a lie. I recommend staying on a high floor as it is very sunny and feels great. Holiday night? Please note that cars are not allowed in the old town center around the hotel. Both taxis and motorcycles will drop you off nearby. If I had to request one thing, it would be that the water was refilled in a glass bottle, but I thought it would be helpful to have a plastic bottle so I could carry it with me when I go out (though it's not eco-friendly). If I ever visit Hanoi again, I will definitely stay here.
