The Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites Reviews

We arrived on an early morning flight and booked a hotel for the night before. We arrived at the hotel at 5am. Everything from getting off the car to checking in was very smooth. The concierge and front desk staff were very polite and helped us deliver our luggage to the room before leaving. The room was really big, with two bathrooms. The bedroom, living room and kitchen were all fully equipped, including capsule coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and even washing machine. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, and the gym is also on the top floor. I used it during my stay. The fitness equipment is complete, and the treadmill experience by the sea is super good... The variety of breakfast is not very rich, but it can meet basic needs, and the fried eggs taste very good. Except for the uncomfortable high temperature of more than 40 degrees in Doha, everything else is really good!

Spacious room, good service

The facilities of the hotel are very good. When I arrived, I encountered a very speechless thing. The front desk actually told me that there was a problem with their system, and they couldn't give me the room card, saying that every time I went back to the hotel, I needed to find them to open the door for me. Feeling rather speechless about this. . .

Very lovely hotel with the best staffs. They are always willing to help and not complain. Sugeevan is the best staff. He was super helpful even when we called him at night to help us get tape and weighing scale, he brought it and was super helpful. This is indeed one of the best hotels in Doha. I would 100% recommend

GoodDay to everyone! This is my 1st time to visit this hotel.You have a great staff and service specially Mariel and Radesh. They assist us very nicely and how we had a good conversation with this 2 staff i really making me leave a good experienced. This is one of my favorite hotel now since me and my friends love to spent some time to relax in some hotel but i must say that this will be my top favorite hotel. Staff are really standard and the room was very comfortable. Thank you again Mariel and Radesh keep up the good work and hope to see you again.

Staffs are very approvhabel, rooms are very neeat and comfortable. also house keeping stafs are immediate response specifically Mr.Sugeevan from house keeping is very nice and supportive. its a nice place to stay with the family and enjoy the vacation

A lovely stay for my daughter, my friend and myself. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful We were very grateful to Juma who welcomed us everyday day at the door. The swimming pool was fabulous and the children’s pool was great and safe for my daughter. Our food was always very tasty and portions were very large. The staff were great and we were greatful for a lovely trip

Brilliant hotel. Exception service, they look after you great and take really strong care in their work. Thanks to Ansu and Apsara for being so diligent in their house keeping work. The gym also is great and looks over Qatar from the 43rd floor - brilliant. Thanks all!

It was a very good service swimming pool ,spa and GYM staff very kindly especially at the front desk the guy 's name is Hamid very nice person and helpful,and one of bellman name is Omar he is behaving very bad , I have never seen any hotel like person.
