Hanoi’s Lane Homestay

This hotel is located in the Old Quarter. It's a great location for those who want to go clubbing. It was my first time in Hanoi and I stayed here because it seemed convenient for joining a tour. Rather than being concerned about the hotel, I learned that those who don't like noise shouldn't stay in the Old Quarter. This hotel is located in an area full of clubs, so it was very crowded at night, especially on weekends, and I had to slip through the roaring noise to get home, which was a struggle. The hotel has a person who seems to be the manager living on the first floor, and it seems that he comes out to the front desk to deal with any visitors. So when I arrived, there was no one there, which made me panic. I waited for a while but no one came, which made me even more panicked. There was WhatsApp to contact them at the time, but it required SMS authentication, which I couldn't get locally (I think it's possible with a SIM card with a number), so I just waited without being able to contact them, so if you're planning to go, I recommend downloading the app before you go. I think the hotel was cleaned every day. The switch at the entrance to the bath seems to be the switch for hot water, but I turned it off without realizing it and ended up spending two days in the cold bath, so please be careful about that.

Clean and convenient. However, a few things should be changed: there should be a small trash can in the room, there is no place to throw trash, there should be a box of tissues, and if possible, there should be a full-length mirror next to the door so you can see your whole body. There is also no hot water, you should check before handing over the room to the guest, this issue has been reviewed many times but the staff still does not pay attention.
