The most terrible hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life, aircon was not working well and had to sleep as if i was in a sauna the whole night. Unhelpful employees and were not able to accommodate whatever you asked for. Breakfast was not up on time. Filthy room, worst of worst!

Location - best as it is neat night market and restaurants Bed- not as comfy, the sheets are old and itchy Service- Best, they are helpful and attentive I think this is the only good thing Breakfast - very few options Place is hot and a little bit unhygienic, shower water has smell so must let it flow for a minute

The place was amazing and the staff members were also awesome providing useful guidance for tourists

The facilities are relatively old, but the price is relatively cheap and close to the old city. The service staff are also very attentive.

Comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast await you! The staff were all friendly, so I had a very comfortable rest.

I strongly advise you not to go there. There is no soundproofing at all. There is air conditioning, but the breakfast is garbage. And this is the first time I've seen a place that charges for basic items. There are many good places nearby. Please do your research carefully.

The room is very small. It's showing 20, but I don't think it's even 10. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is okay to eat...

The staff are young, friendly and helpful. Room a bit old fashion, but correct, standard similar to other hotels in the Old Quarter. Hotel is well placed, halfway to everything: local market, Night Market on Friday evenings, the lake 5-6 minutes walk.

The location is satisfactory. The facilities are hardly 4-star, but it is a 3-star hotel. There are only a few breakfast options, but the staff and service are excellent.

The staff are all very friendly. Next time I go to Vietnam, I will go again👍👍
