Perfect stay … probably the best hotel I have stayed at. From the welcome to the breakfast, everything is amazing. Can’t wait to go again.

It’s a wonderful stylish new hotel, the service is very good and the people are very friendly and welcoming and supportive. Breakfast was very delicious. It’s very quiet which is perfect when coming back from noisy Old town. And the view over the lake is beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold, so we couldn’t enjoy the amazing pool and terrace. We would choose it for sure again if we will come back to Hanoi and can highly recommend it.

Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel by the West Lake. There are government agencies in the yard, which is relatively safe. The room is low-key and luxurious. Breakfast is self-service. Hot spring eggs, beef noodles and pancakes are super delicious and must be tried. The most important thing is the warm service. During the Spring Festival, the West Lake was restricted and online taxis could not enter. The boss was more anxious than us and immediately arranged his own S-Class Mercedes to take our family to the airport. I was so touched. Thank you!

Service was good~ The facilities are clean and nice. Breakfast wasn't as good as I expected. It was nice that they cooked and brought it to me, but the eggs Benedict had cold eggs... I wish it was a little warmer

I happily stayed at this hotel with my husband on New Year's Eve 2024. The hotel is great. It's still in trial operation. The environment is great, the service is great, and the room is upgraded to a larger room for free. It faces the West Lake and the garden is also beautiful. Many local Vietnamese internet celebrities checked in. The breakfast was very, very good! The entire area where it is located belongs to the luxury residential area of ​​Hanoi. Also, the hot water could be improved.

It's just a B&B, not up to five stars, and the photos don't match the real thing, so it can only be used as a transitional hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Elegant Mansion 88 in Hanoi. The warm welcome and attention to detail made my experience special. The room was cozy and well decorated and the staff did their best to ensure my comfort. The central location was convenient and beautiful, right in front of West Lake. Easy access to nature and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Elegant Mansion 88 for a pleasant and memorable stay.

This Hotel is exceptional. Currently here with a cyclone approaching. The staff can not do enough for you. The food is superb, and accommodation outstanding. Dat has been extremely helpful and follows up on our well being. Highly recommend staying here when in Hanoi.

The Elegant mansion stands up to its name. Everything about it is elegant and modern. They are a little premium in their price, but a hundred percent worth it. It's located at a beautiful place overlooking the lake in the more developed region on Hanoi. It's close to the bustling old quarter and the perfect place to retire after a long day. Me and my family had the best experience we could ask for. The rooms are exquisite with high quality decor, furnishings and technology. The breakfast is perfect and has good variety, and the wait staff are the best. Tram, Bobby, and another were very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend you stay at this place. Everything was just spot on.

Nice modern smaller hotel this has excellent accommodations. Bathroom is modern with large tub that I loved. May rooms have balconies that are nice at night to enjoy the warm tropical summer air. This hotel is on a nice quiet area on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. If you want the energy of Hanoi that is just a few blocks away. Easy to get a grab to go wherever you need to. This is not a 5 star large hotel like a jw so food has less selection and quality not as good but still very solid. Pool is wonderful in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing you can relax and look over the lake. Staff is very attentive and responsive. It is a great high quality break from your 4 star chain hotels. Bed was great for sleeping. Quiet hotel.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at this hotel. Accommodating staff paired well with beautiful views over the lake. Ryan was especially hospitable and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds made for a delightful stay. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and I will absolutely visit again to see the rooftop bar that will be opening in the very near future. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a call and relaxing stay by the lake area of Hanoi. This is a beautiful new hotel in a lakeside setting. It is a new hotel, so everything was totally pristine. The decor throughout was gorgeous. There was a lovely downstairs lounge / bar area, perfect for relaxing in. The rooftop terrace/bar area was delightful and there was a heated infinity pool with fabulous views over the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely visit again.
