Loved it! Great service, clean and cozy flat, everything needed for comfortable living, lots of natural light, very comfortable bed.

The location is a bit far from Hoan Kiem Lake, but it takes about 30 minutes to Hanoi Airport. In my case, I chose a place that was easy to get to the airport because my flight back home was at 8 AM, so I have no complaints about the location. As a side note, Lotte Mart is 10 minutes away, so it was convenient to go shopping on the last day. However, there seems to be a bar nearby, and the noise was really loud past 2 AM. It may be because it was the weekend, but it was very noisy. The room itself was upgraded, so it was spacious and nice with a living room. It is a residence type with a kitchen, so it would be okay to eat something simple in the room. However, it didn't seem to be cleaned very well. In particular, the pillow sheets were stained a lot... so I slept with a towel. It felt a little damp, so that part was not good. Also, there is a separate shower room, but the body wash and shampoo are on the sink, which was inconvenient. It would have been nice if there was a shelf to put them in the booth. However, considering the price for one night, it is a very cost-effective place. The staff were also very friendly.

Good staff very enthusiastic and attentive

The hotel is in a residential area. The rooms are dark. There are windows, but the neighboring buildings block anything from being seen. The bathroom floor is moldy. The hot water system for showering is not working. Book accommodation including breakfast But the hotel gave a coupon to eat noodles at the restaurant next to the hotel. There were 6 seats. It was very dirty and there were a lot of flies. The fitness room has nothing on the same floor as the reception and lobby. Employees have no relationship with people who stay. But it's not a problem because I came to visit and didn't come to see the staff. Overall, out of 10 points, I give 2 points.

The main reason is that the price of the big bundle is good value for money. Other facilities, location is average, but service is very good!

It's a normal hotel in Vietnam, but it's a little far from the tourist attractions.
