When I arrived at the hotel, the staff were smiling, and I was greeted with welcome tea and sweets. I was soothed by them.
Although the room didn't have a window, the bed was stylishly decorated, and the interior was chic with a unified black and white color scheme, and the lights were on.
The breakfast was small but had many varieties, and they made pho and other dishes after I ordered them.
They gave me discount coupons for the spa, free alcohol coupons at sister hotels, and a free dish coupon at the restaurant, so I was treated like the best.
What impressed me most about this hotel was how thoroughly trained the staff were.
Everyone was really wonderful, and the hotel was as wonderful as a 5-star hotel.
I called for a Grab on my way back, and he stayed by my side until the car arrived. When I looked at him, he was sweating a lot. But at the end, he sent me off with a smile, and I am truly grateful.
If I come to Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at this hotel for a few nights.
I'm sure I'll feel happy.

Service was nothing but impeccable, the staff especially was EXTREMELY help since we are there for one day only, arranged transport and haggled with the Tuk Tuk driver when we suspected overcharge!

I recently stayed at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa in Hanoi, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it convenient for exploring Hanoi's vibrant streets, local markets, and cultural landmarks.
The room was beautifully furnished, clean, and offered all the comforts I needed after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in the décor and the overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my room and the rooftop.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the staff ensured a calming and soothing experience. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The breakfast selection we suggest to put some Vegetarian Meal Options (No Egg).

We booked and paid the hotel in total for a 3-night stay. The day before we traveled, we had a visa problem and had to cancel the trip. We tried to communicate with the hotel, explained the situation, and asked if they could charge the first night and refund the rest because the refund policy allows cancellation a day before the trip. They refused to. So we paid for 3 hotel nights without even flying to Vietnam — so disappointing! Bad experience!!!! Don't choose this greedy hotel!

The welcome tea was special, and the surprise pancakes and cute pictures at breakfast for my birthday were so touching~ The soundproofing was a little disappointing because of the Vietnamese motorbikes, but the staff were so kind that I couldn't help but give them a thumbs up, and they even saw me off until I left, so I couldn't help but tip them~☺️
