The design of the hotel's bathtub is not very good. If you use the shower head to bathe, water will be all over the floor. Breakfast was average and OK. On the first day, the waiter did not inform us that in addition to the food on the buffet table, we could also order breakfast. The service needs to be improved.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Hanoi. It's my 3rd or 4th time visiting. The room interior is so nice for Hoan Kiem. The breakfast is so nice, and the staff are very friendly.
