Called me to check out at 11 am until 12 pm after i told them no extending. when i check out ask me to wait in lobby for 10 minute while checking the room , i not sure what they wanna check and take so long. Bad service, electricity cut off for 2 hours not sure why.

We stayed for visiting our families around the area, if you are a tourist would like to explore HANOI, then the location is far away from the city and most attractions. Am Very impressive with the buffet breakfast serving, better than most of the 5 stars hotel !

I can’t check in early, so I have to wait for 3 hours to check in hotel, so they tell me check out must before 12pm

Overall it was ok. I booked a king bed or twin beds. When I got there, they said there was no king bed. To be honest, I was very upset. In addition, I couldn't get the bill even if I paid extra... The bathroom fan was broken, but everything else was ok. I ordered a bowl of beef noodles, which was delicious. I recommend trying it...

The room was large, but it smelled a little damp when you first entered the room. It was fine after turning on the air conditioner for a while. The hotel is not in the downtown area, and the surrounding area is very quiet. There are three coffee shops downstairs, and there is also a Mixue Ice City. For fast food, I recommend going to the Lotteria fried chicken and hamburger shop next to Mixue Ice City. Few other shops around here speak English.

Checked in on the 5th floor. It's a single bed room combined together. I heard this is an old massage floor renovated. The air conditioner is not cool, the bed hurts my back.
